The quality of my cut and partial foil were very satisfactory, which is the important part. However, they were pushy about add-ons and product sales, which Im sure is a company policy and not my service providers fault. She also griped about only making $5 off Groupons, which made me feel very awkward for coming with a Groupon. Staff at every salon, including this one, need to be trained on how to read or ask their clients whether they are in the mood or have the personality that likes to chat. I came at the end of my tiring workday to relax and pamper myself, not to small-talk.

The staff was horrible to me. My appointment was canceled with no notice to me whatsoever. When I showed up, not only did they NOT offer me any alternative options, but they genuinely did not care that they caused me a huge inconvenience and now I am leaving for vacation minus a new do. I would absolutely not recommend this type of service to anyone. They blamed the scheduling error on their new receptionist and then called me a liar. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE feeling to be disregarded so cruelly. I understand that mistakes happen, but the way I was treated was awful.

I decided to try Salon 755 as a walk-in and am so glad I did! Kris did an amazing make over on me! She was so knowledgeable and friendly. I didnt feel rushed - Kris spent a lot of time with me and educated me about protein, showed me several different options for styling my hair and even showed me how to fix up my eyebrows! She is now my forever hair stylist! It is evident that she takes great pride in her great work. I highly recommend her - especially if youre thinking about doing something different but not sure what to do! Thank you Kris and Salon 755!

excellent! best stylist ever, I tell her what Im looking for, she tells me if I can do it or not, and offers me other ideas. The products they use are great! My hair is healthier and softer after a color! I trust no one else with my hair!
