Salon/ambiance: low key, calming, relaxing. Hair cut: Very well done, excellent edges and rounding by my face. Overall color and foils (1st time): Front turned out orange/very copper toned. Back hair was lightened to the right brown shade. Some foils bled through, creating strips. One piece of hair by temple missed. One foil not properly placed causing a 1/2 inch color difference in front of hair line (not good when pulling back hair into a pony tail) . 2nd Color treatment, 3 days later with Ashley Rose. Overall color is now more even, although I am still not 100% pleased. When I originally picked out a color it did seem lighter than what it turned out to be but overall very pleased with Ashleys ability to correct the orange tint and make everything blend smoothly. She also corrected the foiling mistakes and made sure that everything was smooth and even. Based on 1st visit I would not recommend to friends or family for hair coloring services. Based on 2nd visit I would highly recommend Ashley Rose for coloring services. Salon policies should also be more appeasing to customers when they have to return to have something correct. For the cost of the original services ($139.00) I expected more the first time. While I appreciate my color being correct, I was not offered any complimentary items or discounts toward future services. I had to find a babysitter and take 1 1/2 hrs for a return trip.

My adult daughter and I scheduled a massage, salt scrub and pedicures together to use a gift certificate I had been given and as a gift for her birthday. We thoroughly enjoyed the day. Everyone was kind, knowledgable and did everything they could to contribute to our day being one that was truly relaxing. We left feeling pampered, cared for, and like we want to do return whenever we possibly can! I will add that I hate to be late for anything but our map system sent us around town before we finally arrived at least 10 minutes late. We appreciated that the staff did not make us feel like criminals and we did not begin "on the wrong foot" due to our tardiness. That would have taken away any chance of it being truly enjoyable and relaxing, and we very much appreciated their kind way of treating our unfortunate and unintended delay.

Happy Wife Happy Life !!!! This was a anniversary gift to my beautiful wife (a surprise gift), 1.5 hour massage, pedicure, and manicure. I worked all details out with the owner Shary and ask her for a gift basket. They did not have this type of item or ever have done one, but Shery said she would love to make one (she went above and beyond). She personally went to a store and bought a basket and I believe all the girls (employees) put some girl type products in the basket. When we arrived my wife was brought to back area for her surprise. They were all giggling, I kinda of smiled. When my wife was no longer insight they began to explain there giggles, they had so much fun there were excited for my wife. Thank you Shery, and Happy Anniversary to my beautiful wife.

As soon as you walk into this beautiful salon the aroma of Aveda products just instantly relaxes you, you’re then greeted by the front desk staff which are so friendly and always make a personal connection with you so you always feel so welcomed and at home! I’ve had several spa services received at Adevia, the spa is absolutely stunning, always top notch hair services all hair stylists are very educated and extremely knowledgeable , hands down this is the greatest salon in the forest lake area, I have visited other salons in the area in the past and none can even come close to comparison! Love every minute when I go to Adevia and recommend this salon to anyone and everyone! The BEST customer service EVER!!!

I have been coming to this spa for 6 years. They have had a turn over in several staff members, but overall I really like this spa. This spa has a great experience, great staff and great services. I have taken advantage of many of the different services (gels, hair, massage, facials, pedicures, waxing etc). My husband and my kids have also been here for a variety of services too. They are great with small children and make my little girls feel so special. My 3 year old states she feels like a princess when she goes. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a good one time experience or looking at finding a new salon.

I wasnt called in for my facial appointment until one half hour after my scheduled time, and that was only after I had to bring it to someones attention. Once I was on the table, the girl started my facial and explained that she was running late because the appointment before me wanted a Brazilian and she hadnt had one for a while - a visual I didnt need! She also said that she had never done the particular type of facial that I had requested so she was "winging it". I will not go back, especially for the price. Not very professional!

Ive been to Adevia SpaSalon a few times now and each time I have a great experience and walk away with a great hair cut and/or color. I see Gina and she is fantastic! She is great at asking you questions to uncover exactly what you are looking for and makes suggestions as to what would look best on you. She also has an amazing knowledge of Aveda products. She can show you how to use all of them and make suggestions as to what will work best for your desired results. I look forward to my next appointment in December!

Melody (Senior Designer) was such a fantastic hair stylist! I came in to donate my hair and I gave Melody the freedom to choose the best cut and style to compliment my face shape and work well with my upcoming life change of having a second baby. I absolutely LOVE the bob cut and continue to get compliments from family and friends. It was such a joy to spend my morning with Melody - she was friendly and kind and gave me such a relaxing and sweet morning. Thank you Melody and Aveda!

Im absolutely going to make Adevia my salon from now on! After a really poor experience at different salon, Gina made sure to take really good care of my hair. She was able to figure out what I was looking for and also explained what would work best for my hair and what may not. Her perfectionism is very much appreciated and you can tell she has a real passion for what she does. I cant wait to go back and have the team put me together for my upcoming wedding!

Highly recommend! Ive been getting my hair cut by Gina for about 2 years and am always extremely pleased with my experience. She writes down all the details about each cut as well as things that worked well and didnt, so were always on the same page despite it being 2 months since my last appointment. She also makes great personal recommendations for products that have transformed my daily routine. Make sure to get the Aveda tea during your appointment!

I use to go to Adevia a long time ago before I had kids. I went in there to freshen myself up and do a little pampering. I had an idea of what I wanted. When I sat down everyone was so great and when I left I was on cloud nine. I could have never imagined that I would look that good and feel that fantastic when I walked out the door. I was a whole new person and everyone around me loved the dramatic transformation. I would give them 100 stars if I could!!!
