The first time I went to Bella Beau a few months ago, I asked for a haircut and highlights; the stylist suggested balayage coloring. I specified that I wanted strawberry blonde, stressing that I wanted distinct red coloring. I had not had my hair colored before, so I did not think to ask to look at a pallette or samples, and they were not offered. The coloring was not red at all, rather a light blonde, but the haircut and coloring did look nice, just not red like I asked. I went back for another cut and to have the red added. The stylist cut my hair at least 2 inches shorter than we had discussed, and now it is difficult to get all of my hair up. She did the red coloring, saying she was going to blend it into the balayage coloring. The red was not blended in at all and look like it was just slapped on. I also did not ask about pricing, as I had asked for the same service that I had the last time, but it was about $50 more than the last time I was in. Unfortunately, wont be back to Bella Beau. UPDATE: The business did respond when I called them about the color issue and too-short cut, but they chided me for not speaking up during the appointments. They refused giving me a partial refund, but offered to fix the color. I did not go back and wont be back; their response did not make me want to give them my business.

Bella Beau is a wonderful salon conveniently located in Woodbury. The staff Ive encountered have all been very pleasant and knowledgeable and the overall ambiance rivals much more expensive salons. And then theres my stylist, Liz. She is, in one word, amazing. Her experience and artistry are obvious when styling and coloring hair and I would recommend her for whatever it is you are looking for. I was incredibly tentative about transitioning out my fully colored grey hair, but her skill in blending in foil highlights and lowlights has been unbelievable. Love my new look and love not having to worry about coloring my hair every few weeks anymore. Highly recommend Bella Beau salon, and Liz in particular, for all your hair care needs.

I made the decision to get hair extensions for my wedding. I asked around and was referred several times to Trish Remackel at Bella Beau. Trisha did my extensions a month before my wedding and they looked amazing immediately, they looked amazing the day of my wedding and they even look amazing almost 5 months later. When she told me they could last up to 6 months I honestly thought she was crazy. But, she was right. The quality of these extensions are so great. I HIGHLY recommend booking a consult with Trish if you have ever considered getting extensions. They are SO worth the price and she is AWESOME!

I went there with a friend, asked the price for a service, was quoted a price and then was charged $32 more than the limited time discount price I was quoted. When I challenged the price I was told by the person who quoted me, "thats what I thought it was". No adjustment was offered. I did get a quick "sorry" and dismissive treatment from the person at the front. Not the way to treat people you want to encourage to come back..

I was super nervous to get my most recent haircut because Ive had fairly long hair for the last ten years and I wanted to get pretty much all of it cut off and restyled. I went in and Liz K did my hair, I told her to make me hot & she said said I can do that.. And she followed through :) Its a nice salon and overall I had a great experience! I will definitely be going back.

Overall wonderful Salon and Spa!! I go there for hair and Beth Haroldson is the best hairstylist Ive had. She is all around great with cuts and color! She keeps up with the seasons hottest trends and makes sure it will accentuate your best facial features and compliment your unique hair texture. I would recommend her and the salon to anyone!

Really great, all the staff are super friendly. The place is upscale and classy, but not too much. Im a guy who often shows up in shorts and a T-shirt w/ messy hair and they dont make me feel uncomfortable, even though Im under-dressed. If youre trying to pick a stylist, I always see Liz K and shes really awesome.

Ive been here about two times and my stylist was fine, except for the latest time that I went there I found out that they would charge me 10$ more for a dye job than is listed on their website. Plus my original stylist no longer worked there, NO DEAL
