I recently bought a Groupon for an alignment from here. I am traveling out to Utah at the end of the week and was worried they might not be able to get me in on time for my trip. To my surprise they got me in same day! Just a couple hours after I called. The building was clean and welcoming. I was greeted In about 10 seconds after walking in. Ive been in shops that take up to 5 mins just to have someone come out from the back. Anyways they got my car in right on time and shortly after they came our and asked if I had a different care I could use the Groupon on. My car was completely in spec for an alignment and they didnt have to adjust anything. A lesser shop would say that because they checked and had my car on the lift they performed the service and would have marked the Groupon as used. Integrity like that is often not found in other shops. I highly recommend them!

This was one of the best experiences ive had with auto repair shops. My car had many issues that were able to be fixed quickly and at better prices than any other shop in the area. The employees were friendly and showed me the exact issues on my car so I know more about the issues (how and why they occurred). But I think the best part about this shop, was they took more than the minimum amount of time to help me understand when I wasnt. I would recommend this shop to everyone!!!!!

The staff were EXCEPTIONAL! I knew what services I wanted to have done, they didnt try to "over sell" me, nor did they treat me like I was an idiot because Im a female (yes, this is still a problem in todays world in some places). It was a clean and friendly environment and the prices were fair. I TRUST bringing my vehicle to them for service. Thank you, David and the rest of the crew that worked on my truck, I appreciate all that you did and the friendly service!

They had an employee steal a part that I had already paid for and made me wait 11 months for it to come in again. When it did finally come in, they "messed up" putting it in twice, then realized they had ordered the wrong part. They have hung up on me and been incredibly rude. I will NEVER go there again. Ever since theyve been under new management, they have had HORRIBLE customer service.

I have been coming here as a regular since the new ownership took over but the last two times I have stopped for an oil change it has been a nightmare. Both times I was told that they could "easily" fit me in "quick" and both times it has been over an hour wait. This is totally ridiculous for a simple oil change. Needless to say, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I went in for an oil change and found out I needed some other major work done asap. They gave me information about CEAP (Cars For Neighbors) being that Im a single mom with low income. I had my car fixed and paid for two days later... Without their help I have no idea how I wouldve been able to afford to get my car fixed... THANKS FOR ALL YOUR HELP!!!

I work construction and drive all over the metro. I noticed my gas mileage was poor. I made an appointment at the Ham lake Mieneke. They set me up with a vehicle so I was able to go to work. They fixed my truck and made it affordable to drive the metro again. It was a great experience and I will definitely go back.

Great facilities. There are very comfortable chairs, a tv, and childrens toys if you wish to wait there. The service was good, and I really appreciate that they actually list their prices online. I got an oil change and grease job for $20. All said, no complaints. Great experience.

I recently had a problem with my vehicle. I described the problem and they were able to quickly diagnose the problem. The parts were ordered and had the repair taken care of the same day! The shop is conveniently located just off Bunker Lake Blvd. and Hwy 65 in Ham Lake/Blaine.

The team was friendly and helpful. After taking care of the original issue with my brakes I noticed a noise coming from the rear brakes. Though it wasnt directly related to the original issue - they fixed it quickly and did not charge me extra. I highly recommend these guys.
