I went to this location back in August for an oil change. This is something I normally do my self. Im 62 years old and have always done my own maintenance. I had to make an appointment for the following day. Before any work had started, I asked what weight oil was going to be used and how long this would take. The manager told 5W30 and about 20 minutes. I asked if they could use 10W30 instead. He said fine. I waited and waited. I finally asked the manager what the problem was. He told that they only had about 4 of the 5 quarts on hand and that more was being sent over. The manger told me that it really didnt make any difference. I said you mean viscosity plays no part in lubrication of metal against metal in summer months? He Said in a snobby way "WELL, maybe for a vehicle as old as YOURS". 1992 Chev Silverado 4X4. I thought what an unprofessional thing to say to a customer. So I went outside and sat on the south side curb and watched the West and East side of their shop for their delivery. Nothing, NO ONE Ever showed up to deliver anything. 2 1/2 hours later, they pulled my truck out of the stall telling me it was all done. I looked at the manger and asked him "You put 5W30 in it ,didnt you". No he said, the oil came. I cannot stand a liar and will NEVER go back to these people again! Find a shop you can trust. Not these people.

These guys ALWAYS go above & beyond! Mostly Jeremy, but whomever on the phone is knowledgeable, always polite & is more flexible/far less rigid with scheduling than most places. Not only do they magically find time on the occasions I dont have an appointment, they get me in/out very quickly for both scenarios! As everyone thinks shops are shady for, they have found other things wrong when servicing my car; each of which I was damn glad was caught before causing me larger issues or danger! Not just BS stuff that didnt really need attention. Ive been shown the filters removed/fluid colors/busted parts (showing they really needed to be replaced!). No pressure to do any work.. theyll even drop you/pick you back from work/home if its close & they have the time! Quiet, clean, spacious waiting room with phone charger docks, childrens play corner & beverage stand. I read glowing reviews & think someone had a vested interest.. no boyfriend there, dont work there,not paid for this, etc. Theyve just been so good to me over years. The owner is a great guy.. runs a great shop. My secret diamond in the rough!

Meineke saved my life ! I had a minor issue that turned into a billion dollar job. I needed a new battery. The shade tree douche I found put it in wrong. Not only did he shock himself the guy fried the main computer to my car so (it would crank but wouldnt start up) got my car towed to Meineke: dropped the part off on Monday and was riding again by Tuesday afternoon ! Super fair price, Great customer service ! I even got my uber/Lyft inspection done. I am forever a loyal customer. Thank You Meineke I dont know what I would have done without your Team.

Been working on and off with these guys with a number of different vehicles over the last few months. Ive always been appreciative of the colorful staff and their upfront honesty on pricing. Had an issue with a sound on one of my brakes after an adjustment and called in to see what they would recommend. They pulled it in and re checked everything before adjusting the last tweak at no charge. Grateful to have their support and will continue to send my business and others to them

I dropped off the vehicle the night before, They called me back in just a few hours and let me know what they had found and a gave me options that would resolve the issue. The pricing was up front and very close to what they had estimated over the phone. Facility was clean. Was greeted by a friendly professional staff. That was our 1st time at that shop and was pleased with it. Oh..., and the job was done in a timely manner.

Great staff, very productive and honest! The manager was upfront with me on my estimated costs and times the repair would take. The staff were very friendly and kept me up to date on when my repairs would be completed. They called when there was a change in anything. I was given a loaner car that ran smooth and great! 10/10 :)

Update: Meineke in Brooklyn Park did repair what needed to be repaired. They also put in a belt or two to offset the tow, I guess overall I gained some compensation for that. I do appreciate that, and Ill add another star for the gesture.
