I normally go to the Tires Plus that is connected to Meineke, but today...for some reason based off pure FATE .. I parked at the Meineke side and was about to walk to Tires Plus, but I changed my mind and said " Why dont I try these guys? " I am so SICK of Tires Plus. They treat you like crap, expensive prices, and the staff is very rude. The minute I walked in I literally could tell the place was that much better. Free Wi-Fi, a coloring station for kids, a mini fridge with complimentary water, coffee, and a bowl of DumDums! The owner himself and I chatted a bit , and I was so impressed they were able to give me better rates than TiresPlus. I even got a complimentary ride back to work. I dont write many reviews but I know the Auto Repair world is a scary one, and this is a small glimpse of good old fashioned Minnesota Nice.

Ive always been hesitant to take my car to shop. In past experiences, Ive been over-charged and under-respected. However, the team at the Meineke in Hopkins has flipped my experiences upside down. The two times I went to them, they were very flexible with my schedule of dropping off and pick up my car. They also treated me with respect, telling me what was wrong and each solution they applied -- even though Im "just a girl", they treated me like a welcomed customer. I will drive all the way from Plymouth anytime I need car shops to ensure that I come here, and I would recommend the Meineke in Hopkins to everyone.

I had recently purchased a car and, after about a month, I noticed squeaking from my breaks and brought it in here to have it looked at. After inspecting it, they told me that I needed new break rotors and that it would be about $460 to fix it. I brought it back to the dealer for another inspection and to get a second opinion. They looked at the breaks again and informed me that there was no need for new rotors. Hopefully this was an honest mistake on the part of Meineke, but I am very skeptical. Many repair places will try to take advantage of women and I fear that this may be one of them.

I put new tiers, but my car pulled right and I stopped by to check my alignment. The problem was combination of alignment and wheels itself, which was difficult to find out right away. They tried to do alignment multiple times until they get a good result and discovered root cause of the problem. It was my pleaser to communicate with Dave, who is an owner of the shop. He was very nice and friendly. He checked car by himself and agreed to do multiple checks until problem was solved. I am very happy with this shop. I will recommend it to my friends and come back for sure. Thank you guys!!!

Even though I didnt have a lot of money at the time, I could barely afford an oil change, I used there 19.95 Oil Change coupon they have online and the owner, Dave, helped me out by offering a discounted price for the tire repair kit because I couldnt afford the 24.95 at the time due to paying for college. Thank you guys for everything, I will continue my service there for all oil changes to come and any additional services I can afford to do so:) Thanks Dave and the crew!

I went to the shop on Veterans day for the oil change. I cannot say how much I am impressed. In my mind I was skeptical of the 5 star reviews and had the preconceived notion of how the service was going to be. I was wrong. They greeted everyone and treated us so nicely. They had chairs setup, hot dogs and other food. I cannot say how much I like this particular location. 5 star service. I will definitely be back when my vehicle needs servicing. Thank you.

Went to Tires Plus to fix the bad muffler on my 2012 Equinox.n, Tires Plus referred me to the Dealer. I walked down to Meineke, they ordered in the part and it was fixed the next day. Very good staff, repair was done right the first tiime. They inspected my brakes and ended up replacing the rotors and pads on all four wheels ( I knew the brakes where bad, but was waiting for a month or so), they offered a good price. Very happy with the service I received.

Someone else fixed my car awhile back and dinged my back rim. I didnt know. When I got my oil changed, I asked them to rotate the tires. Ken and another nice young man helped me get on my way. I noticed a few blocks away that my car was veering and called and Ken fixed it up, after hours, figuring out what the problem was. He was so kind and even tried to get the dings out of my rim for me for free. Excellent customer service- I will be back.

I took my car in to Meineke expecting to replace the exhaust system, but was told after initial inspection that it was not necessary. Something you do not get these days too often. I received sound advice and recommendations for the repair that had to be undertaken, and the work was done promptly. Would highly recommend.

Very competitive prices when compared to midas and tire plus. My brake job was done perfectly. They did miss to do the brake fluid flush. But the manager was quick to point it out and get it done immediately. He also offered further discount for that. Im impressed with this place
