I wouldnt trust these clowns to make me a cup of coffee, let alone touch my vehicle! I purchased a set of brand new tires and had them shipped to this Walmart location, thinking that having the tires mounted and installed would be a easy enough experience. What a mistake that turned out to be! On the very FIRST of my original tires that the technician tried to remove, he stripped out one of the lugnuts, effectively ruining it and causing a significant amount of damage to my $300 wheel. It was obvious to me that the technician guessed at the socket size, put it on the impact wrench and fired away. When I confronted the technicians about it, they claimed that the lugnut got stuck, which was "luck of the draw," and condescendingly started rattling off excuses as to why they couldnt get it off, ranging from improbable (cross-threading the wheels) to ridiculous (my aggressive driving habits?!). The fact they had no shortage of excuses ready speaks volumes about the level of integrity this outfit has. Stay far away if you value your vehicle at all!

I hate giving a bad review but I think its necessary this time. I am normally a very patient person but this really irked me today. I went to drop my car off to get my winter tires taken off and the regular tires put back on. EXTREMELY slow customer service. What should have taken just a few minutes to get my keys and the information off my car took over a half hour. Totally ridiculous. I can understand if it was in the middle of the afternoon but this was 1st thing in the morning. I would think with all the negative reviews that Walmart would have a chat with their service department.

I bought and had tires put on at this location. The technicians completely ruined my lug nuts. They told me that mine were old and there for got ruined when they tried to take them off, but it was obvious they used the wrong size socket and the lug nuts were shredded. I wasnt compensated for the lug nuts. And when I checked my tire pressures they didnt even fill one tire up, it was completely empty. Worst service I have ever had. If you are thinking about taking your car here, I advise against it. I doubt they could handle a simple oil change.

I frequently get my oil changed and tires rotated here. In about the 10 times I have been here for those services, I had 1 negative experience. An auto tech disconnected a vacuum hose, causing my car not to start, and then claimed that my car needed a tune up (called a "piece of blank"). However, the manager refunded my money for the trouble and 100.000 miles later my "piece of blank" is running fine and WalMart Auto has been good ever since.

Visiting from out of town.. stopped to get an oil change at 8 am when the oil change dept opens... an was told they could do the oil change because the tech wont be in until 11am...wtf..

Tried to call Tire and Lube several times to get a quote on oil change rates and was repeatedly hung up on by associate who didnt know how to use the phone system. What a freakin joke.

After a few attempts the call was picked up and right away I was asked to be put in hold and the call attendant never came back. I waited for 15 minutes and then hung up.
