Always great, fair prices and great service. They really try to get you the best deal possible while making sure your vehicle is safe and up to the standards that you set. They will tell you if something looks like it should be replaced but will be realistic with whether or not it needs fixing immediately or some time in the future (helpful especially with old cars on their last legs like ours). Very refreshing to have such a trustworthy group of people.

Had them put a new ball joint in my sons car prior to him going to Montana with friends. Three months later the wheel fell off. Went in to tell the owner and see if he could make it right. He said he would call me within a week and i never received a phone call. Spent a lot of money with them, had to spend a lot more at a different place getting it fixed. Shady. Will NEVER go there again. He had his shot to make it right. He blew it.

Would not recommend. Mechanics put a bad part in my car. It was clearly bad because it had exposed wires and electrical tape all over it. Nevertheless I was charged for a "new" part. Ended up causing my car to repeatedly misfire. Took it to another shop and they fixed it immediately and I havent had a problem with it since. I would definitely avoid.

If you want a honest approach from genuine people this is by far one of the best auto repair shops in the western suburbs on Minneapolis. They will do all they can to help you get you car up and running at a very low and reasonable price. When they can not do something they will help you find like minded shops.

Excellent fast friendly service at a reasonable price! We waited 5 hours next door at Jeffs for an oil change, got fed up, came here, and our car was up bein serviced the second we gave rhe final go! Friendly family owned business, had a great time hangin out with them while we we waited. BRING YOUR CAR HERE!
