I made an appointment 3 days in advance to have my A/C serviced because the A/C clutch was not engaging and they keep my truck all day (I work out of my truck so this was a bit of an inconvience). I received a call at about 12 noon (I brought it in at 8:00) and was told that there was pressure on the system that was with in the cut off limits but they added Freon anyway at a charge of $130.00. Still no A/C clutch engagement so then they said that the connector to the clutch coil was bad and replaced that, still no clutch engagement (now it is about 3:00) then they tell my that the unit needs to be replaced for $1200.00. I told them to forget. They charged me $240.00 for their backward diagnostics. It would be like turning on a lamp and when it did not light they would start to take the lamp apart and replacing parts instead of checking the bulb first. I would not go back under any circumstances, nor will my wife, our 2 kids, my brother, his wife or their 2 kids.

Ive been going here since I moved to the area (early 2008?) and have always had professional, courteous service. They are honest and wont do a service that does not need to be done. They keep all of my 2 cars service records on file, make recommendations based on mileage (and anything they see during a visual inspection) and always follow my wishes 100%. If I have a question, they are thorough and not at all condescending (which, as a female, is quite refreshing). And after every visit I receive an Inspection Form showing all systems as good, fair or poor condition: everything from tread depth, battery charge, lighting, exhaust, check for leaks - you name it. So I always have a running tab on what may or may not be needed in the upcoming future. These guys will continue to get my business as long as they continue the quality service that I now experience.
