This StorageMart in Hopkins is by far one of the best designed storage facilities that Ive used in any number of states that Ive rented storage units. The option to drive into the storage building to unload means I dont have to worry about my belongings getting rained or snowed on. I no longer have to worry about whether its going to rain or snow on any given day. And StorageMart provides carts in every walkway, so I dont have to search all over the building to find a cart. This is also the cleanest and most maintained storage facility that Ive ever seen, no worries about but bugs or rodents getting into my gear, art or clothing. And if thats not enough, Coleen and Phil provide a level of customer friendly service that is unmatched by any of the storage facilities I visited in this area. They know the facility, the units and the best locks to use and they have ample number of boxes in all size, packing supplies and locks on hand. They are always keeping a keen eye on maintenance and renters, like me, who forget to slide the latch when locking the unit. They always make me feel welcome and always on hand for any questions I might have. I would highly recommend StorageMart in Hopkins. Thank you!

Thank you to the StorageMart team for making it easy to secure a location and get started with our February 2017 Boy Scout Troop trailer and shed clean out. Our Troop was in need of a temporary facility to use for sorting of items, spreading items out in a clean and safe area and short-term storage. February is a rotten time to be working outdoors in Minnesota. Phil, Colleen and the StorageMart team carefully listened to our needs and responded with a recommendation within 24 hours. The StorageMart team made sure we understood the terms of the rental and how to gain access. Each detail and instruction provided was delivered for the beginner temporary storage user. We never felt like the storage locker rookies we were. The locker provided met our needs size-wise. I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of the locker and overall facilities. Access was easy and dependable. I highly recommend StorageMart to anyone needing off site storage space and will go to the Hopkins StorageMart first when in the same situation in the future. If in need of storage, look no further than StorageMart on Excelsior in Hopkins. The venue is always very clean, the ease of accessing your unit is great and very secure, and the staff is very helpful, friendly and accommodating. I have several units and parking at StorageMart, and frequent them often. Ive always been greeted nicely when I arrive and an even helped by staff when unloading and loading business materials. They assure packages and shipments are delivered to my correct units when I am not present, and save me a lot of hassle! Pricing is affordable, and you sure get your moneys worth! Definitely a class act staff and you can trust your stuff is safe with this StorageMart!

This was my first time renting a storage unit, so I came in knowing barely anything about the services and offers. Coleen was very professional in finding out exactly what I needed and showing me the different options I had to choose from! Phil also went above and beyond in showing me the property and allowing me to see everything before I made a decision, personally I think he deserves a raise! All in all, renting from Storage Mart was a lot easier than I thought it would be, and Im glad I came here because the customer service was stellar!

I have rented numerous storage places over the years, While this is an excellent place, the one thing that really makes it stand out is the onsite manager. She took the time and effort to accommodate my situation as I consolidated an out of state storage unit. I would absolutely recommend this facility.

I have utilized the StorageMart in Hopkins numerous times. They are extremely helpful and flexible when my storage needs change, even with a days notice, and the staff are helpful with any issue that may arise. The 24-hour access and online bill pay is super-convenient and the building and grounds are kept tidy and orderly. Whenever I have a storage need, I dont even price-shop first. I know what Im getting and that peace of mind makes the experience seamless and easy.

In a moment of panic not thjnkjng Id be able to store almost everything from our house we just lost, Colern was my only shimmer that somethjng was going to be ok! She stayed late(almost an hour! Wow!) for me since I was coming from southern mn and I was never gonna make it before they closed... What an awesome person you are Coleen! Thank you again! The Hopkins Storagemart is in a great location. The prices are very reasonable. Colleen, the manager, has always been very helpful. She took over the location after I already had my storage unit and she has made positive changes to the cleanliness of the facility and the administrative professionalism. I highly recommend this company for not only a storage unit, but for all moving needs such as boxes and packing materials.
