I reserved an 8x5 space on a Sunday and got in right away. We got a call from the manager right away and they worked well with our schedule getting in. We showed up with the boxes and things that we wanted to store and our own lock from the last time we used Public Storage. When going in the store we were told that "unfortunately" all the storage spaces that took the kind of lock that we had were unavailable. So at that point our choice was either to go somewhere else or buy the kind of lock they had that worked in the spaces they had available. This would have been nice to know before packing all of our stuff because I felt like we didnt have much of a choice but to purchase the $21 lock. Next, we checked out the storage space and it was not 8x5. When we measured it, it came to 7x4. The stuff we ended up needing to store fit since the ceiling was really high but if you are going to sell someone a 7x4 space then tell them that.

I had a very positive experience with Edwina and Jan at Blaines Public Storage facility. Although Jan was new to her role, she did an awesome job of explaining the process thoroughly with Edwinas knowledgeable guidance. I appreciated this as I havent used public storage in a very long time and the information they shared with me helped relieve some of the stress I was feeling about it. I felt that I was treated more like a friend than a customer and I would highly recommend them to anyone interested in public storage.

My moving in to this location was one of my best places I could have stored my things. Its close to my home now. And easy to get to. But most of all is the person that is the caretaker there. Her name is Edwina. I have talk with her several times and she is alway such a up beat lady with the most friendly personality. She is also a very good listener. If everyone we meet in life was like her, boy life would sure be great. Yes! From me this lady is a five star person.

The experience at this storage property was excellent. Went in and was greeted by Janal who was very helpful. She was very nice and friendly. Janal knew everything answered all my questions. The paperwork work was overwhelming to me but for Janal she knew it like the back of her hand. Helped me with all of it. I would recommend this facility to every one. Thankyou Janal ! We had a great experience working with Edwina at the Blaine Public Storage location. She was friendly, helpful and answered all our concerns regarding the "stuff" we had to store during our move. She is a great asset to Public Storage as a manager and customer service representative. The facility is always in good condition and I feel that my storage locker is in very good hands.

By far the best experience I have ever had with a storage facility ever! I have many many many years of military service and have had to use numerous storage units. Edwina has made this a most pleasurable experience and she is going to make things right the first time. This will definitely be the first place I think of if I have future needs for storage.

Edwina is amazing, she went out of her way to make sure I was set with my unit. Her customer service skills are A+, made sure she answered all of my questions and that I was happy with the unit. The manager (I think her name is Jan) at this public storage location was great; she made the experience pleasant, swift and in a word - perfect. She made sure that all my needs were met before we took took care of any of the paperwork.

my wife and I have had a storage unit here for 12 years,we lost our key to our lock,wich we originally purchsed thru public storeage. The manager Edwina was so kind and helpful,she sold us another public storeage lock and arranged to have our old lock cut off, so we could get in.

Office people where great but reserving over the phone total waste of time they dont give you all of the info that you need like having to pay for insurance and paying for a built in luck that we dont need that sucks but other then that I would rent again
