I had been hesitant to put my vintage camper into some anonymous storage place, but I found Metro Self Storage on Old Shakopee to be safe, secure, and overly helpful in both choosing my spot (Steve) and then giving me top notch service when I brought my other new camper into the fold. (Edward) I like the access hours-would rather not have people coming and going 24-7-plus that would increase the great rates. Would highly recommend Metro Self Storage for either short-term, or long-tern storage needs. Jody

After having rented an RV storage space several years ago and being very satisfied with the security and convenience, I have just rented sanother RV spot from them. The gentleman who rented me the space ( Steve, I think), was very friendly and helpful and explained everything in detail so there would be no misunderstanding of the contract and facilities. Metro storage appears to be secure, clean and orderly.

staff was awesome!! i called not knowing too much about storing, never had to.. but when i called i was greeted and explained what i had to store, and he gave me an estimate on what size and price it would be.. i was able to vist and see the two storage units i could choose from which helped in me deciding where i would store my things.. plus you cant beat 16 dollars for first months rent!!!

Shirley was absolutely thorough and very helpful when I went in to see about renting a storage unit, walking me personally to show me two units, both exceptionally clean, pricing options and being able to rent month to month. I highly recommend using Public Storage and the pricing is very competitive.

Devin was a pleasure to work with, personable, straightforward and efficient. Very reasonable pricing, great location for south metro. Would prefer slightly expanded access hours, but the current ones are reasonable. The units and grounds are well maintained as far as I can tell.

So far so good. Im happy with the price and the man who showed me the unit. We started moving in our stuff about 2 months ago, and everything has gone great. update- they raised our rates $10 within a month of writing this review.

Rented space with them over two years. Customer service was nonexistent. Getting calls back for service did not happen repeatedly. Space rental had 3 increases in two years. You can find better storage for cheaper.
