Was suckered in for the cheap $30 a month in Aug 21, 2016 and by Oct 14, 2016 getting an email stating "In the upcoming days & weeks you will be receiving a new lease. This lease was written by an attorney who specializes in self-storage" ... here they increase your rate and add late fees and basically change the lease you originally signed. Ended up paying $58 a month from Nov - April (5 months) not realizing they changed the rate and having to wait 14 days, once I I realized they upd the price, in order to vacate. Basically had to pay another month (30 days) eventho the storage is empty. Plus place is pretty ghetto, 2 weeks after moving in told that cant use facility after office hours because of the break ins, thats inconvenient. Only had clothes but I wouldnt ever put anything of value in there.

My uncles health caused a need to move him suddenly from extended living to nursing home and I reserved a storage unit with this place. On the same day plans change and I no longer needed the unit. This place promised me my money back and it has now been over a month and no check and no calls they will not even return my calls. Please go somewhere else. I would say less then 1 star for customer service needs.

The staff leaves early almost every day ! One time we were told maintenance was being done and we need to leave but that was a farce, just so staff could bail early. Went there last weekend, again, office closed early, self service gate didnt work, several other renters standing there wondering whats up...... This place sucks. Were done. .

After leaving a bad review, I received a call from the owner and he was very interested in hearing my feedback. We talked and he actually corrected the things I had posted about and really took it to heart. The owner is a great guy and was not expecting for him to read my review. I really appreciated that.

Storage unit is sketchy, and I have had nothing but problems with the company. You will regret storing any valuables here. My unit was dirty, and did not feel secure by any means.

Can only get into my storage during office hours due to recent robberies. I get charged same price and no discount for my inconvenience.
