All of those positive reviews are complete BS. The manager thats mentioned is rude, late to show up, racist, condescending. The only clean thing in this facility is inside my unit, they never have cleaned anything, doors, walkways, walls driveway... in well over a year if yet to see anyone ever to sweep, clean or lift a finger to do anything. And the guy incharge of everybody and everything has never returned phone calls or anything. I could keep going but Ill keep it pg. Im sure they dont show true reviews like this. They have had many many "break ins" there has been SOO many things stolen from units out of this location and the manager thinks its funny! Im not kidding at all. She laughs about it and they dont seem to care. They dont want to catch them, as if they know whos doing it and maybe a inside job going on. If you want to get ripped off, get treated like dirt then yes they are great for that. When I moved in they pressed me to buy their lock and I told them 4 times I had my own in the truck, they said I had to put this one one there for now. They charged me for it and would not take it back bc they said its used! It was on there for 15 min and they ended up cutting it off about 3 mo letter. They cut it 2 days after I was late on payment, they said they have to. To prep it for auction. That was illegal to! Dont believe any of those reviews are from real customers. Theres no way I and everyone ells Ive talked to get the same issues I have and there are those that have nothing but good to say about them. Looks to me they are all self written... if you look down the list they are all bs because look at the dates they go from 3 mo ago then 3 years, 4 mo 6 mo 1 year and so on... so they are bs. right?

My experience with this public storage facility was an excellent one. I was greeted by a young man who goes by Josiah. I came into the facility not feeling too good about my circumstances on having to move in an immediate way. It was a day when the weather was very bad, nearly white out situation. Josiah was a very pleasant person and greeted me with a smile. I did not know what size storage nor how to do anything. I had a million questions and he patiently answered all of them first. Then he began to ask me questions re the items I needed to store and how much had I packed . He took me to several rooms that would meet my needs and ask more questions as we viewed the rooms. We decided on the size I needed. Next he talked to me about the packing accessories and gave me suggestions on how to protect my items. When I left the storage facility. I was ready for my packing and storage job. This man was very knowledgeable about his job, as well as patient. I have not experienced that in such a long time. My anxiety was gone when I left Josiah office. I knew I. Could do the job ahead of me. And because of his kindness I was feeling and thinking more on the positive side of the terrible ordeal that happened to me. I really had to write in to express the fantastic customer service I received at public storage we definitely need more people like Josiah who provide a service. The best apart about this experience is that Josiah was a young m anand that renewed my hope that there are young ones in the world today that are capable of excellent customer service and a delight to converse with, all hope is not lost

I like the site, but I did not get online payment instructions so when it came time to pay it was frustrating... Eventually by research I learned that you have to make an online account to be able to pay online... Then I was able to do so. but the local people didnt know this and the online system had a button to pay that led you to a place to pay, I tried to get a password but nothing happened and no note came up saying you have to register first , yes it makes sense, but no it doesnt as I had assumed I had already registered.... You cant talk to a corporate person dealing with paying online and the local people didnt know how it worked... Catch 22.

Janae did a wonderful job getting me signed up. She is great at her job! This place seems to be very well run. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because the website where I signed up implied that it would be a dollar for the first month plus $24.xx to get signed up admin fee (or something). There was no mention of having to purchase their padlock and insurance. The insurance ads at least $11 to the monthly rental price. So checking in was Over $50. So just be ready for that. I also would have preferred not to be sold to on packing and moving supplies, but I get it, cant blame them for trying. ;)

The young lady who was working, Taylor. she was such a sweetheart. This moving thing is hard and I was not sure if I needed more space in the one I have already. We talked on the phone earlier. But when i got there Without asking, Taylor showed up at my storage space and introduced herself and helped me figure out my options. she sure can put a real smile on someones face and happiness in someones sad day. She really made me feel like my needs were important and made me feel much better. I would definitely tell people to go to public storage. Thank you Taylor. Bless your heart.

My storage unit was broke into and it was the garage mechanism that they were able to remove. My lock was still intact. I did not realize only one camera at the gate is the only one on premises. For the money I pay monthly you would think there would be a camera on each building. I received a call at 1:30 pm , what time and how often are checks done if there are no cameras in place. My insurance company wonders how secure can be if they can get Public Storage mechanism off with lock intact.

Josiah assisted me with my storage decision and was great. This is my second time I have used Public Storage and my first time at this location. Josiah explained everything in detail, answered any questions I had and assisted me in any moving supplies I needed. This facility is very clean and offers any assistance needed including options for insurance. You will be covered with all your moving needs. Thanks for the great service Josiah and Public Storage.

The whole experience was seamless, very smooth. Taj, acknowledged us right away, though he was with another customer. He was kind, very professional, and he was knowledgeable, answering all of our questions and responding to our concerns with sincerity. The unit was spotless and actually smelled clean. The office environment was clean and quiet. I cant remember his coworkers name, but she had a sweet disposition. They worked well together.

Rented a climate controlled unit a few weeks ago. Kara showed me a couple of the available units that I had to choose from.The building and grounds are kept up well. Kara went above and beyond what one would expect.... when my lock started sticking and the key wouldnt turn - I bought it somewhere else - she got it working! Kara is always smiling and friendly and she is very knowledgeable. Public Storage needs more people like Kara !!!!
