I saw a coupon for a $21.95 Oil Change on the back of my receipt from Cub Foods, so I thought Id take up the offer. The fine print on the coupon was "Lube, Oil, Filter & 18 point inspection (includes up to 5 qts of oil. Synthetic, diesel, & environmental fees extra)." I drive an import vehicle that requires synthetic oil, so I was aware of an "extra charge," but I should have asked for full details. Upon completion, I was presented with a $67.29 bill. I was charged $30 for 5 quarts of 5w40 full synthetic oil (still a good price for synthetic oil), $26.15 for a filter (this is expensive for a filter for my vehicle, about $10 more than a mid-level Fram filter) $3.91 for shop supplies, and $14 for labor. The coupon was listed on the receipt as "$21.95 Cub Coupon Oil Change $10.05 off parts." My problem with the coupon is that the fine print was misleading because I would consider $67.29 to be a little more than just "extra" on a $21.95 service; perhaps the coupon should have read "$21.95 STANDARD Oil Change, $10 off Import/Synthetic Oil Change," as $10.05 is the true discount I received. I also had to bring my car back about a week later because they did not tighten my oil pan plug fully and oil pooled onto my vehicles brush guard before spilling over onto my garage floor. Giving 2 stars because the staff was very friendly.

I had a schedule mishap, and ended up bringing in the vehicle 3 hours later than they expected it (Sorry!). They were still able to get it done for me in a couple hours, which was great. I had them mount and balance my new tires on aftermarket wheels. They did not damage the wheels at all, which is a huge plus, because I havent been able to find any other shop locally that was able to do that. Will def be getting future business.

Purchased tires for my wifes van at the Lakeville store. Staff was very polite and tried their hardest to help me, but we had recurring problems with multiple sets of Goodyear tires that we purchased here. Nothing against this particular store, but I will avoid Goodyear tires after this experience.
