Ive been waiting here for 1 hour and 30 minutes to have 4 tires mounted on rims for my other car, its been 90 minutes and they havent even taken the rims out of the boxes, the staff were less than delightful, the only way I got them to start on my wheels was to glare through the window for 5 minutes until the "mechanic" (if you want to call them that) saw me and started on my wheels. Everyone in the lobby seemed to be having a bad experience aswel. Dont come here unless you want sloppy work that costs too much. At the time of me finishing up this review it has been 2 hours and they only have 2 wheels done. If my tires machine wasnt broken I couldve had this done in 20 minutes.

Management does not know what customer service is about. management walks around to let costumers know about their little titles at the store instead on focusing on sales and service. Regional management should look into this.

The only competent, friendly, and knowledgeable employee you have in the auto department is Tyrone Douglas. He was great and worked the register as well. The register staff there especially Michelle was very rude.

Over 2 hours for an oil change!! When I got here they said the wait was about an hour. Still sitting here waiting...
