$1300 quote to replace my 1 torn cv boot and both axle seals that they damaged when they were putting it back in the last time. 1 1/2 hours to replace an axle, per side, which takes maybe 30 minutes tops. Lost/Misplaced my castle nut/pin for the ball joint and put a regular nut in and wanted me to replace both of them, as the thread was bad. Quote was for "2" axles and to replace both ball joints, which I didnt need. Marked up an axle seal at $30, which is only $8 at the dealership. I replaced just the one torn axle with an Oem reman from the dealership, both the axle seals and replaced the castle nut/pin elsewhere for a total of $360 as thats all it needed. I saved $1000 and the car drives as good as new, no leaks or clunks like a bad ball joint would. Other times, Tranny bolt wasnt tighten and they denied anything was loose but somehow the bolt must of tighten its self when I went to show them it on the lift. Coolant hose wasnt in all the way. Battery terminal looked like crap, Oil filter not tighten all the way, Oil dipstick in backwards, Cut a piece of my control arm when installing my front end links, I can go on and on. I wish they would take more pride in their work, own up to their mistakes and fix it right and make it look nice at least, treat the cars as their own.Put fender liners on all cars if doing any engine work. I dont care if the cars a rust bucket or a million dollars. Had to pay to get it polished off as there was scratches all over it. Chris and the guys are cool, but the work leaves a lot to be desired. Will I come back? I dont know

Give this team the chance to earn your business, you wont regret it! I stopped here to get an oil change; I had seen their sign for a $19.99 quick service. I was afraid I wouldnt have enough time, but they completed the job extremely fast. The most impressive part, however, was that the mechanic accurately diagnosed every problem I had outstanding on the vehicle, from bad headlight harnesses, to leaky valves, and more! Id had to see 3 different mechanics to find out everything he told me after looking at my car for 15 minutes doing an oil-change. I hadnt previously done the maintenance because of how expensive it would be, but they provided me quotes far below what Id been getting from the dealership (obviously) as well as local chains (Tires Plus) and even local shops (such as University Auto Services)! Because Id spoken to several mechanics and verified most of these problems, I knew I wasnt being up-sold. The work was performed quickly and competently, and you couldnt ask for a friendlier staff! I will recommend this shop to friends and family!

brought my car there for a wheel alignment. set up an appointment, they called me and said it was done but when i picked it up and drove it, the steering wheel was not center when driving down the road at 30 mph. you had to hold it to one side to go straight. i brought it back and had them re-align it and it and it had the same problem but this time it was pulling the car to the other direction. i brought it in for the third time and they said it could be the tires that needed to be rotated, the rack and pinion was bent, all sorts of excuses that was not brought to my attention at first. they rotated the tires and it still pulls to the right when i am on the high way and small roads..i had enough with this place.. stay away. they dont know what they are doing. manager might seem to be helpful but it is only a front or act to get your business.

We brought my daughters car there for a repair. Brake Fuid had leaked from the master cylinder onto the Fuel Pressure valve and so we needed both parts replaced. 1st the estimated price of the FPV was wrong- we needed the special california FPV on our Ford Ranger from Tousley that had never been out of the state of MN. The price was doubled the already once doubled price of the same FPV unit on line. We took the truck home and the brakes completely locked up. They sent a tow truck to pick it up. When we again picked up the truck the wipers did not work- We went back and they had disconnected the ground wire and forgot to reconnect it. Then the brake lights did not work. Another trip back found they forgot to hook up the peddle switch correctly. And other things. So the overcharged us by a ton and they screwed up every thing they touched.

Recieved multiple free oil change coupons from this place. But dont be decieved, it was because of poor service. First time was due to 1hr delay in getting my oil changed which I had an appointment for. Second time was because they didnt even change my oil filter which I caught by happenstance because it was at the bay nearest the customer waiting area. After I inquired about the filter because the I didnt see the technician remove it, the manager and I went out to look at the filter and yep, I was correct, tech didnt even bother changing the filter. Dont be fooled by the cheap oil change price, its cheap for a reason: horrible unreliable service. Ohh yeah, manager says tech was busy and just forgot, it could happen to anyone. Not me, I will never go there again.

Only 1 star because they finished the job & it was a lower price than others. they quoted 20 min job on phone, but it took a hour. They added a complete inspection, which from what I saw is a excuse to figure out what future jobs they can add, in my case they rubbed a little coolant on my engine, then stated I needed a Intake Gasket replacement, oh they could get started today, only $350-400? I laughed to myself, it was replaced already & in great condition, nice try Midas. My visit was basically a test, to see how honest your location is, you failed. Dont take your Auto here, their focus is to max your cost & add future business, youll see when they add more service than you walked in needing, have them inspect & quote, then watch them add.

Went in for a quick vehicle inspection. Was told 20 minutes. Took over an hour. Front desk was too busy watching TMZ to notice the time I guess. Wasnt much of an inspection. An hour later I was told I need ball joints & a wheel hub Assembly. Id be OK with that assessment if I didnt just replace both hub assemblies 3 months ago. And the ball joints may show wear, but are definitely not defective. Im sure if I wasnt an able bodied individual I probably would have paid to have you do all this work that doesnt need to be done. The inspection is merely a ploy to get you to purchase things that you dont need or that are not truly broken. Keep your grandma away from this joint

They LOVE to take advantage. I took my car there to get a oil pan replacement, they quoted me $870. ( I assume they thought I knew nothing about cars). I told them there was no way it could cost that much, the guy claimed that the oil pan itself was $600. I looked it up prior and found a lot of them for around $100. I told him that and he said "Well you know its expensive because aluminum is expensive." Which it most definitely is NOT. Aluminum was very cheap. Anyways, I had my oil pan replaced later that week by someone else for $195.
