I first paid $212 to get my Fuel Injectors cleaned. A few months later, my car started chuggin again, so I brought it back to have them look at it. They said the Fuel Tank was dirty and that theyd need to clean the Fuel Tank. So I asked if I paid to have the tank cleaned, would they guarantee I wont have this problem again - but ofcourse they said they could not guarantee anything the first time, but surely the second time they could guarantee then. <--REALLY??? Something smelled fishy, so I decided, forget it, Id go pick up my car. They charged me another $40 for "cleaning the Fuel Injectors a second time." After arguing my point that I shouldnt be paying for services that arent guarenteed and that did not solve the problem, they dropped it down to $30. The other really stupid part of it is that the guy that handled answering my questions on the phone knew nothing about cars and claimed he was only "telling me what the mechanics said." Every question I asked him took 5 minutes for an answer, since hed have to cover the phone and run and talk to the technician. After hearing muffled conversation in English and in Spanish, I asked to speak to the actual Technician directly, but the man on the phone said that the Technician "did not speak English." Ofcourse, when we got to Pronto Auto Shop, guess who talked to me.... THE TECHNICIAN. And guess what language he spoke to me in was... you guessed it, ENGLISH!!! How am I so sure, because I do not speak Spanish. In this case, I wish I did, then I could tell them what a shady business they were trying to run. Thirdly, Javier, the Technician, suddenly could speak English and tells me that along with the Fuel Injectors they also "cleaned the Fuel Filters", but its the Fuel Tank that they need to clean. I asked about them if they could check the Fuel Line, the Fuel Filter, and the Tank Filter -- he said "everything is fine" just the Fuel Tank needs to be cleaned. I called another Technician to get a second oppinion and sure enough, Fuel Filters are always replaced -- NOT CLEANED. At first, I was referred to them as an affordable and quick servicing shop. Being a person of color myself, I wanted to support their business. Pronto Auto was going to charge me another $170 to clean the Fuel Tank. Thank goodness, my inituition and follow-up proved me right. $242.00 later, I learned that "cheap" can end up being more costly in the long run. Stay away from PRONT AUTO!!! Do NOT pay this triffling shop your good, hard earned cash. Pay someone trusted by others you know well and only pay for service that is guaranteed.

Warning>>>>>>NEVER BRING UR VEHICLE TO THIS PLACE........long story short i brought my car to this place and they sent it back with out my radio the deck of my truck was pulled out my passenger door dosnt lock anymore my battery is dead although it was jus replaced b4 i went there and when i tried to ask the owner what happen he refused to answer any of my questions he actually left the store got in his car and drove off as i was explaining the details of what was wrong.... i was shocked that he was so unprofessional Ill b more careful with picking my auto repair shops from now on because they were jus horrible

New owner here is not professional at at. Haviar sold his business to this guy and he has no idea how to fix cars or run a business. Brought in my toyota because I was getting drive terrain noise. After diagnosis I had to drive out there to make a down payment on parts for a rear differential replacement (new owner does not take credit cards!). 6 weeks later no parts! Went to pick it up and brought it down the street to Asian Auto, they found it was just a wheel bearing! The repair was only $300 (less than my %50 parts deposit at Pronto!)

I brought in my parts I need to fix on my civic and they wanted to charge me $500 to put it in and for labor, I personally knew that my shocks were out and my car just needed it to fix. But the next day came me and my uncle went and talked to them and they let me drive my car home, but soon to noticed my car was dented and I was pissed off! Bad service provide by them! Dont go there!

When Pronto first open, they were honest, reliable and a good value. Not anymore. They charge us $45 for an inspection that they did not do. Their quote $2,500 for work we did not need. Take your business else where. Pronto you owe us $45. We will stop by later.

Dont even go to this place ...they fix a part of ur car but mess up another one to make u go back...them are some dirty Mexicans...that make my raze look bad..Im a mexican but Im disappointed of people like this..

These guys are very affordable, and fairly quick to get your car back on the road... I never had a problem with any of their work and all these bad reviews are a farse.. They do a very good work.

Always wants cash deposits on parts. They charge high-end prices for questionable work. Many people ask me what I think of their service, and I must say, Steer clear of this place
