Great Service and a great price. Extremely trustworthy and willing to make sure the customer is happy. Recently had my car in there and they had a little slip up and accidentally punctured my gas tank with a drill. They let me know right away and not only did they fix the puncture and not charge me for it. they also didnt charge me for the additional services I had brought the car in for too. They were extremely appologetic but becaue of their great service and trustworthyness they need not worry becasue Ill be back for sure. Ive never had any other experiences with them having caused additional issues so I knew it was purely an accident and not common and they couldnt have handled it better. I would recommend anyone to go there for service.

Its rare to find an auto mechanic in the Twin Cities market that will do things the right way at a low cost. Ive been going to Pauls Auto for both of my cars for four years now and cant imagine taking my vehicles anywhere else. What really sold me on Paul was that he advised a cheaper solution that I could do myself and save $300 off of a replacement that would have been much more expensive at the dealerships where I got my 1st and 2nd quotes. Paul and his crew do good work at a fair price and they are always keeping in mind the customers best interest. As long as I remain in the Twin Cities, I cant imagine going anywhere else.

I just moved to the area and chose Pauls based on its positive reviews on Google, and I was not disappointed. I called because my new (used) car with brand new tires had a flat. He actually drove to my home (about a mile from the shop) with an air tank and aired up the tire so I could drive it to his shop, avoiding a tow. They then inspected the tire, fixed the damage, and sent me on my way in less than an hour--all for an EXTREMELY reasonable price (they didnt even charge me for the house call!). Im so happy I finally found an honest, trustworthy, and reasonably priced auto mechanic in the Twin Cities!

Its nice to know that in todays, times you can still find good Buisness and you can still find it right here in Inver Grove Heights. Weve all heard of places taking you for all your worth by replacing parts that didnt need replacing and by charging you an arm and a leg now havent we! Well Pauls just isnt one that is like all the rest-their Pauls and they are an elite shop . Im very pleased once again by their work. In conclusion I will say this-that If your looking for honesty and professionalism in a shop then look no more because the Shop your looking for is Pauls Auto and Tire!

I just had the best experience here at Pauls. A mechanic named Nate made time out of his busy work day to check my overheating van. As a nanny and a one car family, we NEED our vehicle to work properly but we have a very low income. He found the source of our problem by double checking and going the extra mile. Instead of a $400 dollar bill, it went down to $30. We are now lifelong customers and will be coming back in a week or two to get our front brakes worked on. Thank you Nate and Pauls for taking care of my family.

I went to Pauls today for some ball joints, a tire, and an alignment. He squeezed me into a tight schedule and gave me a good price. He advised me of some other maintenance issues but didnt try to pressure or scare me into fixing more than I could afford today. An hour after I got home he called to say I was over charged on my bill and to come in tomorrow to get the refund.An honest and straight shooting mechanic that will get my return business.

Pauls Auto is my first choice for car repairs. Its hard to get an appointment sometimes, but thats because more and more people have heard by word of mouth that Paul is an honest fellow. In fact, Paul is so honest that I think he often gives himself the raw end of the deal. More than once he has refused to charge me until I had driven the car for awhile and could confirm that the problem had been solved.

I cannot say enough good things about Pauls. They have been more than patient with my boyfriend and me with our vehicles. Especially the last one we brought there after getting hung out and left to try by a local dealership. They genuinely care about your vehicle but also you. They always beat the prices of other places in town. I would recommend anyone looking for some work to be done to head here!

No one enjoys having to pay to have their car fixed, but at Pauls I have never felt like I am overpaying or being taken advantage of. He has been incredible honest with me, even going out of his way to show me what was wrong with my car. He has inpected vehicles that I was looking to purchase and given me honest advice about the value and condition. Would not want to take my car anywhere else!
