Having just recently moved to Minnesota, I was nervous about finding an honest auto shop. Thankfully Pedersens was my first try. Not only are the staff extremely knowledgeable and friendly, but you can tell they genuinely take pride in their work and care about their customers. It was the smoothest auto job I have ever had done. With just one appointment, and a few minutes of chit chat, I was a customer for life. They explained everything to me in a pretty easy way to understand, and even went so far as to give recommendations on how to handle a further problem until I could afford to fix it. If I could, I would give them 6/5 starts!

I recently needed some repairs and regular maintenance performed on my 2004 Nissan Altima. Pedersen Auto Shop did an outstanding job on my vehicle. I dont like taking my cars to the dealerships because theyre usually the most expensive and typically hire younger mechanics that are right out of school and therefore are relatively inexperienced. When I took my vehicle here I could tell their mechanics were very experienced, knowledgeable, and very professional. Their prices were also very reasonable. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good shop. Thank you!

My 1st time there asking about repair on my truck. Before this, I had personally visited each & every auto repair shop in Farmington to get a feel for them. I liked this shop the best & had them perform the work. I found Doug Pedersen friendly, accommodating, and honest. Scott worked on my truck & made me aware of other problems. I approved his recommended repairs. It is top quality work at a fair price. I will definitely return if/when I have further auto repair issues. I would highly recommend this shop to my family & friends.

I bought a used truck from a dealership in town. The cam phasers went bad on the truck and Pederson Auto warrantied the work that was previously done on the same problem. Is happened once more a few months later and they fixed it at no charge again! If you want a truly honest and respectful mechanic you should head over to Pederson! 150% satisfied with the customer service, work that was done on my truck, and the timely manner in which they addressed the problem. I wont ever take my vehicles anywhere else... these guys have my business for life. Its rare to find an auto repair company that will tell you what needs to be fixed right now... what can wait for _____ miles... and what can wait longer, but should be addressed at some point. Pedersen Auto is efficient, reliable, honest, and takes the time to explain repairs to lay-persons. Their estimates are always right on target. Id recommended them strongly to anyone.

Doug and his staff take genuine pride in their work and always go the extra mile in providing quality customer service. Its a 40-minute drive from my residence to Farmington but well worth the extra effort.
