I have used EZ auto 2 times now both visits have been great treated fairly best hourly rate for a mechanic that ive used other shops have quoted me 100$+ per hr and one shop 115$...believe i got charged 80-85$/ would have to check my bill thought...eric saved me lots of money on 1st trip replaced powersteering line and new u joints front axle and front axle seals at the ends forget what there called...could have charged me double on labor but didnt only needed one u joint but wanted to do the both since the axle was off. Turn around would have been sameday but was working so picked up next day ..2nd visit did a oil change new Thorttle position sensor and had my idle air control valve cleaned 182.00$ for the sencond visit would have been same day turn around but was at work again. eric is friendly and knowledgeable parts are warrantied for a 1yr i believe ..tristian was friendly and polite in person and on the phone communication was excellent they called to let me what was needed to be done and how much it would cost never went over quoted price for either visit...will be back for sure with 1995 jeep cherokee sport and recommend this place to anybody that needs some mechanical or maintenance work done

I was able to drop my car off at 6:30 at night and had a phone call the next morning at 8am telling me I needed rear brakes replaced and the oil was low and needed to be changed. I let Eric know to go ahead and do the repairs. The car was finished the same day by 4pm. Eric was very professional and answered all my questions and concerns about my car. The work was done great. The office and shop are clean and the staff is very respectful. I would recommend Eric to anyone needing a car repair that is priced fair and done right.

I am 47 years old and have used many shops over the years. This shop brings me back to when you received great honest service. Makes you feel good about going here. They have a can do attitude and their work shows that. They actually made repairs to my car that other local shops were unable or unwilling to do and for a very reasonable price. Eric and Tristan are great....honest service at a very fair price. Car was done almost two days earlier than promised. I also had tried to replace my crankshaft position sensors myself, but I just could not quite reach them. Eric was very willing to install my parts for me. Very good experience, will definitely go back.

While the work is good and of great quality, I have extreme issues with their customer service. Rusty is an honest guy however, Steve has bad customer service, called me a liar on multiple occasions and hangs up on me. Rusty is the only reason we use them.

Overal this has been the best experience Ive had getting my vehicle repaired. The new owner is great, turn around time was awesome and there is no astronomical diagnostic fee like the dealers charge. I will defiantly be back for future repairs. Thanks guys!
