I will never attend another Fantastics Sams ever! I have been a loyal customer for five years now. I received a mediocre hair and decided to tip the stylist two dollars for a 14.95 dollar hair cut due to the fact that the hair cut was of low quality, and clearly wrote a two on the line that indicated tip and wrote the total. A few days later, I noticed on my bank account a 21.95 dollar charge, meaning that I left a seven dollar tip, I did no such thing! This is preposterous that your stylist do such thing, to take the liberty to give themselves a tip that was not stated or earned, this is fraud. I called the store and was told a 5 dollar refund would be issued, and it has six days and nothing has appeared in my account. This will be my last time getting a haircut at any Fantastic Sams facility, this is no a good way to conduct business, with dishonest employees that give mediocre haircuts!

This is by far one of th worst hair cut experience I have ever had. The girl doing my hair got my whole back wet and the jacket I was wearing wet. The service was for a haircut and a blow dry, she did not even dry my hair all the way yet still charged me for a haircut and blow dry. She kept getting water on my face as well. I am most definitely never returning. Worst experience I have ever had. Let me just add that i asked for a one length hair cut. Blunt and short. There are different lengths in my hair. This is ridiculous wow.

I always go to Expert Hair salon at Maplewood mall but due to last minute I decided to stop here. There was an Asian lady with short blond hair said I should go to Asian hair salon if I wanted at cheaper price. It was weird that she mention that out of no where because I didnt say I had any problem with the price. That was just really rude. My hair dye turned out very badly for the price I paid. Ill just go have it fix somewhere else because clearly these people arent professional.

Mediocre-to-inadequate phone service. Need to bring my Gramma in a wheelchair somewhere so I asked about accommodations. The girl had to think for a second then said she "guessed" they and their bathrooms are wheelchair accessible. This is not a "maybe," "kinda" issue. Either the doors are measured for wheelchairs and the bathroom has space and railings or they are not.

My first time experiences was great, but went for the second time today I went in and served by a elderly asian woman (vietnamese). She f-up my hair and say its ok/ good, Im unsatisfied and would recommends customers to avoid her.

My eyebrows have never been handled SO well as they have since I started going to Fantastic Sams. Great job. Talented people. Looking forward to going BACK to Fantastic Sams no wonder its called FANTASTIC sams! :)

Horrible! Just horrible. Service started well and then was horrid, gave suggested length and she cut it extremely shorter than what I wanted! I will never go back to this location ever again.

I always get a great haircut here, no matter which stylist I have. Sometimes you have to ask for styling after the cut, but usually only when its busy.

My 5 month old had a haircut emergency (my fault) and these wonderful ladies solved it at the 11th hour on Christmas Eve. They are amazing!
