I called a on a Sunday and the owner picked up and told me to come at 1:30 PM to get box braids. I went there exactly 1:30 and the business was closed, then at 2:00 PM i saw a lady with kids crossing the street coming toward me asking "Do you need braids". We walked in the salon and another customer was also there and she got her stuff ready and started doing the "Other customer hair and told me the other person who supposed to do my hair is not coming, and so i should go to the owners other salon, i was mad because i came all the way from my house to be told to go to another place. When i put the gps on it, it turned out to be the owners house. SO UNPROFESSIONAL !! i asked for my hair to be washed and she said she couldnt because she didnt have blow dryer. After she did my hair without even washing, I took them out with only having them on for a week. She made it so tight and i couldnt sleep for a several nights. The pain was so much that i had to take them out. She knotted the braids and when i took them out my actual hair was coming off. My hair is not the same any more. It became very thin, and damaged. My scalp became red and it hurts to even touch. Please dont waste your money going here and they are so expensive and rude. We agreed the money on the phone and when she was done with my hair she asked for extra money because "She made it extra pretty for me" what a waste of money for me!!

I had already spoke with the owner about the price. When I got there they tried to charge more so I called the owner back to see why it was a different price. She told to just wait until she gets there like 20 mins. Im sitting there waiting and waiting and the other ladies are constantly asking me whats going on why Im waiting for her and what do I want to do. Then talking about me and getting upset because I didnt want to pay what they told me. Dont tell me 1 price then when I get there tell me something different thats not right. I got so upset that I left before the owner even got there because they were so rude and I didnt want to cause a scene but I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!!!

Staff and owner are very professional. My first time here was amazing. Came to get braids for me and my daughter for our vacation took less then four hours to complete our hair. We will definitely be coming back here. I do recommend this shop to any person who would like to leave with a nice style and a good laugh this is the place for you! Thank you ladies!!! Would also like to add the reasonable prices.

Horrible, they charge high for sew ins but dont have flat irons to blend in their customers hair that is left out (the leave out), had to wait for hrs even though she gave me a appointment at three, wasnt seen till five thirty. Would not recommend anyone to go here, total waste of money and time. My sew in only lasted for a week and four days because it was not done properly

I really like it they braid good and fast my hair done in 3 hours only and pay only $180 but they give me the lane of $240 i also keep my hair for two months before i get my tuchup done. I also get alot of complments. Thanks ladiver for making me look beautiful I recommend it to anyone who realy wants her

I got my hair braided last year here and I loved the braids and how she didnt braid my front so tight , There prices are reasonable definitely compared to the shops I have visited and recently visited .. Im going to make them my permanent braiding shop .. cause A1 pulled my edges out
