I was WAY overdue for a cut so I checked the reviews for this location and was happy with what I read so I decided to give it a shot. Id had really good luck with Fantastic Sams in the past. Those of you who pointed out how very nice the salon is, its in the same spot as previously privately owned, way upscale salon was that ended up going out of business. I saw Emmas name on the reviews, a few times but since I was a walk-in, I didnt request anyone. Turns out, however, thats who I got! Emma was amazing! Professional, friendly, knowledgeable. I thought the migraine I had finally backed off so I felt I could get my hair done. Well, when she turned on the blow dryer, it rebooted the migraine. I quietly explained that I was not wincing or anything because of her, that I had a particularly bad migraine. I told her to just go ahead and do what needed to be done and not worry about me. I just wanted to let her know she didnt do anything. She was so sweet and understanding! She finished my hair and it was absolutely beautiful. She just gained a new, long term client. Thank you, Emma!

Yikes! Usually you are welcomed with smiling faces and great personalities. I felt like this gal was terrified of me and she had zero up to date training. I could have done this trim myself, save $20 and an hour of my time. Im not one to usually give bad reviews but this was horrible and these ladies do not belong in a customer service position. She told me thats what i get with such a basic cut... i didnt ask for a basic chop job! Soo annoyed!!

Had an issue uploading their coupon, they werent helpful at all about it, and the website had the wrong price on it and they charged me extra money even though the website had the other price. Haircut was okay. But what should I have expected? Wanted to try it once.

Horrible experience, a stylist left my perm in too long and I now have nubs all over my scalp. I have attempted to file a complaint but no one will call me back or acknowledge I have even issued a complaint. Do not have a perm at this location!

This is the best Fantastic Sams! Everyone there is so nice and professional, though Emma is my personal favorite! She always does a beautiful job. The location also has the nicest set up that Ive ever seen!

We have been going there since they opened. The new stylist there only on the weekend just chopped 5 inches off my 11 yrs olds hair. We asked them to cut a 1/4 inch. She just hacked her hair off.
