Last time I went in the color faded away in one week. And I had not washed my hair. Went in for a second time and was not happy with the color it wasnt dark enough. I told her this before I left but she said it was impossible to get my hair to go any darker. Said my hair wasnt taking to the dye plus charged me an additional $23. I went home and put in Revlon dye from the drugstore and it took to it fine. In fact its still great after one week of washing it daily. Called the salon and they refuse to give me my money back. Id suggest using Revlon dye over going here. Its $3 per box and does a great job. I cannot recommend this place to anyone

Today was my first day at Hair Trinity! I initially went because they had a great Groupon deal, but I ended up loving my hair and really enjoyed the smaller salon feel. Every chair was filled but the other clients were so friendly we were all talking and having fun! I am definitely going back to see Brandy who knows her tints!! So if you dont want a stuffy, overly priced Salon where they offer Perrier or Lattes, come to Hair Trinity!! There are Lattes next door!! Thanks ladies!!

What awful customer service! I came in and got a haircut and want quite satisfied I asked the hair dresser to change it a little because it wasnt quite what I had in mind and she seemed to immediately take offense. A lively conversation went from smiles and laughs to tense, short sentences. Like its not my own hair and Im not the one that needs to be satisfied? I felt really put down by her. Wont be going back.

I am in love with my new haircut! I also liked the fact that my stylist was not talking my ear off. Nice place, Ive been to 4 salons this year and this is the first 5 star review I have left. I will be recommending this place to friends and family. Great price too.

I had just moved to the area and decided to try them. So glad I did. Very friendly and did a great job on my hair (regular cut and style). I went back and was not disappointed. I plan to continue to go back there. Very reasonable prices.
