I am not very happy with this place right now. Does this mean I wont return here, no it doesnt but it does mean that I wont see anyone but Erika (shes amazing). I called fantastic sams at 1:30 today to ask if they could do a perm for me today and when the best time to come in was and I was told either a little before 3 or at 3 so I showed up at 3pm only for them to tell me that my hair is too long and they wont have time to do he perm because it will take 2 hours to wrap my hair...seriously?? Erika permed my hair in September and my hair was maybe an inch and a half shorter than it is right now (my hair is maybe 3 inches past shoulders) it took Erika 20 maybe 30 minutes tops to wrap my hair and then start the perm. I am not at all happy with how the lady and the gentlemen working there today handled the situation. The gentlemen said that the lay had to do a color and a cut and they just didnt have time....youre open till 6, is a color and cut going to take 3 hours to do?? I dont think so. Just not happy with them right now.

I have gone to this Fantastic Sams several times and was always happy with my hair but never really impressed or "wowed" by the results. It was usually a pretty boring haircut. Several months ago I went in and got a haircut I was less than happy with due to it being uneven and choppy. I happened to go in to have it fixed on a day where Claire was working and she redid the entire haircut. Her personality and the conversation is the best! I came back several weeks later to have a drastic change done and she worked with me on it to get it just perfect. Claire is an amazing stylist with a fun personality and has been great with customer service as well.

Used to be a regular for a haricut and found the staffs arent much bothered about customer inconvenience. I tried to visit over 4 times in the past month to get a stylist and its the kid in the front desk keep saying itd take over an hour even though there are just 2 people waiting and doesnt even care if i wait or move out. My stylist was Scotty who always does a great job, and the only reason i can think about going there. Wouldnt try this location any more.

I have gone to this Fantastic Sams since 2011 and I have never had a bad experience. Today wasnt any different. I had Lisa and she did an amazing job with my hair. Lisa listened to me and asked a lot of questions before she even started doing anything with my hair. You can tell that being a cosmetologist is her passion and it comes through in her work. I walked out feeling like a million bucks and I cant wait to see her again.

I love this place so much. I went to my job to get a ombre and it came out so blotched, it had an obvious brassy line through it. it was a hot mess. but I came to this fantastic sams and they took me in with open arms, worked with me through my disaster of a dye job and fixed it to exactly how I wanted it. Im never going anywhere but here they give fantastic hair advice and do an amazing job. I highly recommend.

I asked for layers and the stylist asked me if I wanted blended in or choppy layers. I dont think anyone would want choppy layers. Of course I asked for blended in layers. I ended up getting choppy layers and only one side was given layers. The other was not touched. Also Ive never had a stylist cut my hair to make it fall on my face and get it in my eyes, until I came here.

My hair is fairly long and I went in to get a three inch at most trim. The lady cutting my hair messed up and cut a decent amount way at the top of my head. Now I have a random section of my hair that is about 3 inches long while the rest is about 15 inches long. Not only that, but the trim is uneven. Needless to say, I wont be going back here.

Got my hair dyed here and it did not turn out the first or second time they tried to fix it. Its been about two weeks and even though I am following proper after care my highlights washed out. I should have insisted I got my money back but I wanted to let them have a chance to fix it. I will go here for a hair cut, but not a color.

The customer service is a little off but Katie does a wonderful Job. She got me in and out of there with a new do and color. Love going to a place I can connect with the stylist and get what I want. She made a stressful day fun. To the other ladies that were working at that time, take notes please.

Have some decent staff but some rude that make you feel like youre an inconvenience for them. Past couple haircuts havent been that good have had to touch them up after Ive gotten home.

Will never go back. Asked for a basic short inverted Bob, got some monstrosity that took 4 months to for out enough to fix.. go to the one on Osborne.
