The hair stylist made me wait 45 minutes,just to tell me they cant color my hair.Probably because it was too close to the cut off time for coloring hair and because I had bleached my hair a few months previous. A good hair stylist would have told me what I could do to If I wanted to dye my hair myself but this hair stylist didnt. Then I went to another place that knows what they are talking about and said I can and it wont fry my hair, they didnt even tell me what I could do if I wanted to do it my self. So make sure if you want your hair colored you have to go a couple hours or longer before 5 other wise if they know it will take longer and you come in at like 430 they wont do it.even if you are a paying customer they dont care.Yeah it was the 4th of July but they were open in till 8. They had time to dye my hair.

horrrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Worst service ever! Called ahead, for an appt. They said they can trim and blow dry my curly hair. Walked in and the front desk girl was pleasant but then the rudest women walked up and asked me what I wanted ever so rudely. Im still at the door and they ask to see my hair out of my hair tie. WHY? She rudely says "Im going to charge you extra because ur hair looks tangled." what in the world? She goes further than that. I came in for a trim. She quoted me at $50 for a blow dry and a trim and called other people in the salon over to see how else she can add fees to my quote. Turns out she cannot trim curly hair and she needs to straighten it to get an even cut. But thats her problem if she cannot cut curly hair whilst wet. Seriously needs new staff PURE UNPROFESSIONAL and just plain RUDE!

Terrible experience. Cut & color took 2 1/2 hours. I had to wait while my hair person went to cut someone elses hair, which is fine, EXCEPT I sat with product on my hair for at least 1 1/2 hours while she chatted, handled the front desk, etc. NEVER AGAIN. I dont care what they say about it being ok to have product on your hair for an extended period of time -- its simply not true. It dried my hair out. The haircut was just awful. Im going to have to go somewhere else and have it fixed. Im not going back. Wherever I go, I will not allow product to sit on my head beyond the allotted time. Just an FYI - this is coming from someone that is just not that picky....!

No proper training, they rarely have time to clean their tools because someone is always saying theres a wait theres a wait, rude management. I specifically use a pseudo name so they cant bombard me with sales tactics. I even heard who I assume is the manager or owner a couple months back to go on here and make their own reviews to get their rating up! These owners are fishy people. I liked the original stylists a few years back!

Under new management with NEW stylists!!! They were Fantastic!! Really I had cut, color, eyebrows...everything was great. The salon is clean, organized, friendly. Very Nice!!! CAN NOT believe all the bad reviews...can only say they must be SOUR GRAPES!!!! the old crew was the worst!!!!!!

I wish there was a button for no stars, the DM came in did my hair royally screwed it up spent 180$ told the Owner of the situation and would like a refund kept telling me nothing is guaranteed. So here I sit with messed up hair and out $180 bucks. NEVER go here.

I went on a Saturday. The lady cut my hair in exactly 5 minutes. Did not trim the side burns at all. The sides and back was unevenly cut. Went back there, the lady at the desk gave attitude because i complained. WORSE CUT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE..!!

It has been a few months since I was here last. I was so pleasantly surprised on the improvements since being here last time. Much cleaner, great environment and staff is so much friendlier, will definitely be coming back.

Lousy attitude, uneven haircut and the stylist had attutude when I asked her to even out the sides....couldnt even feather hair the right way...first time and last time here........dont even waste your time

All i wanted was a trim and got charged a full haircut...I went back couple weeks later and my hair is shaved on the side of my head...she did not trim it all the way and cut additional hair off!

Took my eight year old son. Tina was great with a very squirrelly boy. She has younger kids and it showed in her patience. Did a great cut even with a moving target. :-)
