Will change things on your car before asking and charge you for it. 1. I was charged $50 for having a tiny inch long e-brake spring put in, and that price included them packing my bearings which I never asked for. 2. They tried to charge $90 for a new washer motor that was "dead". I tapped on it with a screwdriver and it started spraying again. 3. Was charged $40-50 for a wheel alignment that never fixed my veering problem. 4. Was told my blower motor wasnt working, which you can even hear it come on, it was only malfunctioning by blowing air up under the dashboard. Off the top of my head, thats all I can think of that has happened to me. 1. The timing chain went out on my stepbrothers car, he called and Meineke told him to tow it there, they will fix it. It turns out they couldnt, and never could to begin with. They rolled a dice because they thought they wouldnt have to use a certain tool that they never had to begin with, which ended up being needed. So he had to pay another tow to haul it to the dealership. 2. Another incident with the AC he was told would cost around $80 ended up coming to about $800. Smooth move Meineke. Thats all I can think of off the top of my head. Charlie will take your money, Dan is very nice. Ask for him. Better off, dont even go there.

My car decided to stop working last week when I was taking my son camping. The car would die every time I pressed the gas pedal. I was going back and forth who to take my car to. I was originally going to take it to a local company starting with a D, but I have had bad experiences with them in the past and right at the last second I asked the tow truck driver to deliver to Meineke. I caught a ride the next morning with some others that were camping with us. I called Meineke before I lost cell service and told them that if it was under a certain amount, just do the work. What a perfect opportunity for something dishonest to happen. They could have easily replaced parts and told me that it was needed and I would not have been the wiser...but they didnt. This problem was my fault. I let the oil change go for too long and apparently my car will shut off it it determines the oil is low and is a danger to the engine. After an oil change and air filter change the car is running great again. I couldnt believe it! These guys remind me of a mechanic that I used to bring my car to when I was younger...they just have more guys working for them. If you are wondering who to bring your car/truck for repairs next time, I would not hesitate to give these guys your business.

About 12 years ago I bought a used car and within a year or so it needed all new brakes front and rear. I checked out the warranties and Meineke had the best one going. They gave my car all new brakes front and rear and gave me a lifetime parts warranty. 9 years later my brakes finally wore out. I put off getting the work done for a month, so I damaged my front rotors. I made an appointment online and it was easy. They replaced both rotors and all brake pads for a great price. When they took off my tires to get to the brakes they noticed a nail in one of the tires. They pulled the nail and plugged the tire no charge. Great service, great price. Highly recommend and support local people and businesses.

Just took my minivan in this past week for the very first time with a broken flex pipe and leaking rack and pinion. I have to say, I refuse to go anywhere else now. Everyone has been so great and so helpful. I trust them. I have had many issues with other places not being honest and I have always ended up feeling like I couldnt trust what I was being told. That is definitely not the case here. I feel like my car is in the best of hands. The problem with my car was explained in detail and I was shown exactly where the problem was. Everything was crystal clear. This is where I will be taking my car from now on. Thank you all!!

I would trust these guys to work on EVERY one of my vehicles. Ive sent friends and family to them for service, and they would NEVER steer you wrong. Dan, the manager there, is honest, friendly, and will go above and beyond to make you happy and your car right. If he doesnt believe a particular service should be performed, they will not do it. Theres plenty of places that will give you a "snow-job" on service - THESE FOLKS ARE NOT ONE OF THEM!! Trust your service to this Meineke, and you too will be a repeat customer!

My brake pedal went to the floor on one of my trucks. I took it in to have it looked at. I was told the cause was one thing and then another thing. After over $1500, my brake pedal still went to the floor and there was no definite reason given. It was suggested to take it to a dealer to have it fixed. I had to take it to another place to have the truck repaired properly-not a dealer.

I went here to get a full exhaust system on my galaxie. They did an awesome job at a good price. It took few days but kept the car in the shop. Its looks an sounds awesome. I would recommend them to any body knowing the quality work they do.

Took my S-10 pickup in for an exhaust leak, they fix it and did not try to sale me an exhaust system, just replace (wield in) a short piece of pipe for $75.
