This guy George is horrible. I needed my steering wheel column removed and turned right side up because someone messed it up originally when I had a new engine put in. The very first thing he even said to me was that he didnt even want to touch it. So that was fine. No big deal. So then we agreed on putting an external horn in because it needed a horn for passing inspection. Again, fine. That was no problem for me. He didnt want to do the work, and it was unnecessary which I wasnt aware of, so we had an agreement to just do the external horn. Then I waited a whole week to call him again like he wanted and then he said if I didnt want to do the wheel AND the external horn then hed need to set up a whole new time frame the following week. So to do LESS work, he needed MORE time. What a scammer!!! I asked him why I would need an external horn if he was thinking he was fixing my wheel and hooking it all back up? I stumped him on that question and he couldnt find an answer, so he told me he didnt want my business and hung up on me. I took off work for this bull. Terrible listening skills. I should have originally spoke as If he were an infant, I guess that was my mistake. If I could put zero stars or negative, I would. This guy just pushes and shoves, and if its not exactly what he thinks or "KNOWS", he hangs up on you. Real jerk.

my emissions failed on my vehicle & i wasted alot of time going to different places... obviously felt like i was being taken advantage of because im female, so i did research online about why my vehicle failed emissions. bottom line is i had an idea of what was wrong(catalytic convertor & bad sensor), but each place i took it was a different story. i was feeling more lost each time i went somewhere new. a friend of mine who had been going to FENTON AUTO REPAIR (ran by George Orphan) for years told me to see George. My friend said George may not be the cheapest in town but he is honest. They looked at my car Friday, had parts in by Friday afternoon, i made an appointment for Monday morning at 9am & he had it ready for me to pick up by 11 am. He had me take my car out for a drive to reset sensors for emissions then he checked it to make sure it was good & would pass. & BEST OF ALL, HE GAVE ME THE CHEAPEST PRICE OUT OF EVERYWHERE ELSE I WENT TO!!! IM SO PLEASED ; ) THANK YOU, GEORGE & TEAM!!! ; )

Horrible, took my truck a while back to get the 4x4 and vibrating issues fixed and he balanced my tires told me that caused the vibrating, when I asked about my 4x4 he told me I didnt know what I was doing with a 4x4 and asked me if it was the first I had ever owned. So I tore it apart myself and found out it was the chain in the transfer case. Anyway awful shop and bad customer service

Showed up with my car for an oil change. The owner started cursing the second I showed up saying "I told him tomorrow". I specifically said Thursday because I was off Thursday. I would never schedule for Friday because I work on Friday. So they refused to fit me in and the owner of the shop just kept cursing in the shop and wouldnt even talk to me directly. Terrible experience

My family takes all of our cars to Fenton Auto Repair because they are fair, reasonable, and the cheapest in town compared to its competitors (Dobbs, Jiffy Lube, etc). It costs me less to get routine car maintenance done here than anywhere else, and George is a great mechanic who knows what he is doing and charges a fair price.

Idiots....I called to see if they could work on my truck and someone whom answered the phone kept yelling back and forth to the owner on my problem but between he and the owner they could not get my message straight. Imagine if I brought it in there. Owner too lazy to get on the phone to talk to me directly. Wow......

Its always scary going somewhere new to get your car worked on. I had a gas leak under the hood that could have been several expensive things. He fixed it with a couple of clamps. Seems like a very honest gentleman!

I needed wheel locks removed because I never received a key. I was in and out in 45 minutes. Much cheaper than what I was quoted everywhere else.
