Dont waste your time and money here! A few months ago, I took my car here to get some new tires. They put on new tires and, despite the costs of the service, I was really please with the service... until I was driving out of their parking lot and my passenger side window fell down the door. The problem was that the window fell out of the window clip. After examining the car myself, I found that the window clip had actually broken because someone at the shop had slammed the door shut extremely hard. I called the manager of the shop and told her of what happened. She said she would look into the surveillance video they have inside the shop to see if anyone had slammed my doors. I got a call back later that day from the manager and she said that no one even opened the doors while they were changing tires. I knew this was a lie because after I got my car back I had found the hex nut to the tires laying on the passenger seat, which I kept stored in the passenger console at all times, so I knew that someone had been inside the car. I politely asked her to repair the window clip in the door, to which she said no and then started attacking me and telling me how it was MY fault that the window clips broke. I gave up trying to get them to fix a problem that they caused. I have never taken a car of mine back to any Walmart Lube since this incident, I would rather give my money to other shops that respect their customers and their cars.

They damaged a rim and refuse to replace it.When I called and complained and demanded they do something about it they said I would have to come in and be video taped in a conversation in order for them to make a decision as to whether or not they will replace it. And after it is decided by corperate. I had to go to work the day of the "video interview" and havent gone back because I have been packing for a trip. So they get you there also. They know that it would be a long process and inconvenient for you and takes time to go through the whole hoopla in order for a decision. The cashier was dumber than a box of rocks and I would never advise anyone to try and safe money by going to their auto center. Go to a reliable professional mechanic. They screwed me big time. I have to now go find a new rim .

Absolutely horrible service. I asked a question at the counter and I was ignored. I was told the dip stick in my car had no oil on it and I knew more about my vehicle than they did and theyre the mechanics! Do not ever go here for any type of automotive needs. I waited over an hour just for the oil change. I would like to know what their hiring practices are when they hire their "certified mechanics"

Had new tires put on my car. They lost a lug nut and replaced it with a different size and didnt bother to mention it at all. Found out when I went to check the lug nuts because the tire is knocking. Good thing I didnt find out with a flat tire and no wrench for that one lug.

Got tires on my Camry & BMW without any issues. Nobody could get the special order BMW tire in 1 day (Saturday delivery) besides Walmart.
