DONT GO HERE,, FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DONT GO HERE, Im sitting here completely bewildred, My car was having starter problems. so i had roadside assistance take it to Als . Biggest mistake of my life :( this is my only means of transportation, my only way to get my kids. to go to work... there is no way i can afford what they ended up robbing me with ...... I priced around and was quoted 300$ without exchanging my starter that has a lifetime warranty , with warranty starter I was quoted 168$ so I tried to excnahge my starter, it was a no go so i said ok, ill have them replace,, and ended up with a 580$ BILL!! FIVE HUNDRED AND EIGHTY DOLLARS!!! they said " finding the problem " cost me almost 200$ Im not even a certified mechanic and knew it was a starter issue, ( for free might i add) but they didnt? and had to run a bunch of tests?? ,, their diagnostics was over a hundred dollars AND THEN they pay their guy to sit their and watch the machine do its job.. Im devastated at the price gouging , heartbroken at how easily they can just clean out someone pockets.. my car is an older model, a olds 88 .. nothing fancy year 99 ,,, nothing complicated with it , ,, and honestly isnt even worth the 500$ they are trying to steal,,, but it was all i had,, dont ever go here, ever.. and tell everyone you know not to go here, i know i will I do not recommend to ANYONE,, RUN.

For a positive impact and experience please have your vehicles worked / maintenance done by Telle Tire. I go to their Fenton location. If their other locations or half as good as the Fenton location its definitely a home run for the company. Dave and Phillip the service managers knowledge place them far beyond what the other so called run of the mill auto repair establishments are trying to obtain. Jerry, Steve and Mark are the MASTERS of MECHANICS. Im telling all that read this to stay away those established, commercialized business that promise you the results that you will never get. Ive been there. Now Im here at Telle Tire going on 3 years now and when I drive my car home Im safe and satisfaction has always been there. ***** 5 Marc J

Midas wouldnt take my advice, so I had my Civic towed to Als Automotive. They did a great job and got my car back up and running with a new distributor. When I questioned the timing because of sluggish response, they had me bring it back in and gave it a fine adjustment and compression test at no charge. Now my Civic is back to its old wanna-be-a-racecar self. Honest service. This is my new mechanic.

What a great first experience. Went in without an appointment, and the receptionist said they were booked for the day (no biggie). Then (Im assuming the manager) stepped in and booked me an appointment right then and there (just had to wait 15 minutes). What great customer service for going above and beyond when they didnt even need to. I will definitely be coming back to this location.

A few months ago I had to have my head gaskets changed in my Grand Am GT . Als did a wonderful and timely job. This week my wifes Malibu security system decoded , Als fixed me up . There prices are competitive and the warrantys are longer than most. The employes are very friendly and informative . I would trust them with my cars any day.

If youre looking for a good mechanic to trust, this is the right place! They are very helpful and friendly, they are never hesitant when it comes to explaining why or why not you should get something done with your car. I always come to them when ever I have problems with my car or simply an oil change. Very honest and trusting group!

They remind me off the shop my Dad always used when I was a kid. Very courteous response to my questions. Looked at the car, just made some adjustments and sent me on my way. Ill definately be back when I really need a repair. Im pretty dumb when it comes to cars, glad to have someone that is trustworthy.

I stopped by Als Automotive the other day and Jim and Larry were very helpful in answerinig my questions regarding brakes, tires and suspension. He said they also intakes, electrcial work and all other types. The guys are ASE certified and the shop is in the AAA Approve program. Good shop, nice staff.

It was great. The person at the front has a smile all the time. And they look you in the eye when they talk to you. You dont get that kind of treatment at other places. So I like this place. I feel I can trust them with my car. Thank you for the services. Ill be back. :)
