5 Star Supreme Rating -- Outstanding customer service (THANKS Rosie--you are the best) and great location. Always super neat and clean appearance throughout the lot. I stored my belongings safely there for almost 2 years without incident. I went through every box before I moved anything out of the unit because I wanted to make sure there were no bugs or worse (roaches, spiders, mice, etc) just like I had initially put everything in there (of course no food of any kind). When it came time to sweep out, other than some cobwebs and a few dead spiders...there was not one single mouse turd, sign of gross bugs or rodents that caused damage to any thing I owned. I was so relieved!!! I HIGHLY recommend this business -- overall excellent experience and friendly staff. I will tell everyone and anyone looking for any storage solution to go to Star Storage! If I ever have to store something again, it is a no brainer.

The prices are great, the facilities are clean and well kept, and the service is impeccable. Billing is accurate and dependable, and their security is well done, giving me peace of mind. The people here are freindly and personable, a real pleasure to deal with. Its also very accessable at all times. I searched several places in the area and this was the best priced and the only one that has 24/7 access that is secured. Im glad I did my research, and I hope this helps save you some time!!! I rented a storage locker here for the last year and had a great experience with Star Storage! When I signed up, the worker helping me was extremely polite and helpful. Never had any problems, the gate always worked and the property always looked clean. Only left cause we moved and didnt need the storage locker any more.
