My boyfriend and I had this unit for less than 8 months and they raised our rent twice, without notice. They tried to say that they had emailed me and that I must have just forgotten but I had every single email and invoice I had ever gotten from them and a notice my rent was being raised was not one of them. When I went up to the unit to talk to someone who worked there about what was going on with the rent, there was a sign on the front door saying that the manager was on site and would be back in 10 minutes. I waited about 15 minutes before a car pulled up. I just assumed that they were also waiting on the manager. 10 minutes after that a man got out of the car that had pulled up and I was shocked and appalled to find out that he was the manager. I was furious because not only had I sat there for 25 minutes now. But he KNEW someone was waiting there to talk to him and still decided to sit in his car for whatever reason. I closed my unit that day. We immediately started moving all the stuff out of the unit. not even 2 hours later, still well within the open hours, as I was getting the last load of stuff, I noticed that once again the "manager is on site and will return in 10 minutes" sign was up. yet as far as I noticed, there was no one else on the site besides me and my boyfriend emptying out our unit. The staff is incompetent, rude, and irresponsible, and quite frankly the units arent even that great. This place was not worth my time or money, and trust me. It isnt worth yours either.

I do not recommend this facility for many reasons, here are a few: #1 Do not plan talking to anyone when you call. Leaving a message is useless too, because the woman will not return your call. #2 A sign states the facility is closed during inclement weather, but they remain closed for a longer period of time after the weather has subsided, so if you are going to be going in and out of your unit during the winter months this is not the facility for you. #3 At times, it is difficult to maneuver within the facility due to the large U-Haul trucks on the premise, so if you are bringing a trailer be sure to scope everything out before you come to unload. Contacting the owner of the facility is impossible to discuss frustrations because the contact information is posted anywhere.

I have been using this storage unit since April of 2016, the staff is nothing short of amazing and been able to help me with everything I ask and then some... Cody and Britton have both been awesome and I highly recommend this facility... I have even been unable to pay the rent in full or on time, on a couple occasions. I talked to them and they are very understanding and helpful. I still use this company and intend to for the foreseeable future- awesome people & good company - its rare these days to find real folks that work in a larger corporation anymore, not just someone out to take your money and disappear- thank you guys, your help is very much appreciated

You Cody went above and beyond your job to make sure I was satisfied with the unit. With your expertise storage mart in Liberty Missouri is the best place to store your stuff. I would highly recommend this location if you are looking for a storage unit in the Liberty area. The costumer service here is excellent. Cody was VERY helpful in helping me setup my account. She is very knowledgeable about the property and filled with tips on how to store your belongings. She happily showed me several different unit sizes to see which one would best fit my needs. I really appreciated her help! The location is very clean and well maintained. 5/5!

Everything about this place has been wonderful. I currently rent multiple units here, and I am confident my belongings are in the right hands. Britton and Cody both have gone above and beyond their normal expected duties since day 1 to help with all my requests, no questions asked. Theyll have my business for a long time. I appreciate the accommodations and consistent service with a smile I always receive. I recommend using this facility.

This location recently changed hands and has gone under some changes, for the better! Lucas, the new manager is great!! Communication and customer service are a big deal to me and Lucas goes above and beyond with those! Other than that, the facility is being updated and I have no complaints. I highly recommend this particular facility.

Friendly, efficient service. Storage unit is clean. Facility appears very secure and safe. Seemed to go "above and beyond" what was necessary, which was much appreciated! This is my first experience with a storage facility, but this one seems great! Can’t wait to begin moving some things from my house into the storage unit.

A good facility for storage, so long as the storm gutters remain cleared out. Had a problem with water leaking down on my stuff with the previous owner. Facility is easy to get in and out of.
