OK as far as a storage unit goes, but really need some work in the front office. Just got a call that said we owed money on the storage unit we were supposed to vacate last week. I had to remind them that we vacated it two weeks ahead of schedule, filed the required written notification, called them and told them when our stuff was cleared out, prepaid for the partial month and swept it clean. They claim we left our lock. I have the lock in my hand as Im typing this. What bothers me about this place is that whenever they have a question about your acount, they always assume youre trying to do something underhanded and demand immediate payment and threaten late fees. Never want to admit a mistake on their end - ever. And then try to end their phone call with "have a blessed day". How about just do a good job?

I have had a unit there for 3+ years. I have primarily dealt with Michelle. She has ALWAYS been helpful, kind, and a pleasure to do business with. As for the lady who said that she will call the cops if you dont follow her every command. I bet you raised your voice. You probably cursed at her. You need to remember that businesses have the right to refuse service to anyone at their discretion. And if you speak ill towards someone of faith. Just like anyone else, they have every right to call the police to have you removed from the property. As for her needing to be admitted. Thats probably the most stupid thing I have ever read on a review. Keep up the great work Attic Storage !!!!

I highly recommend Attic Storage of Liberty and its convenient locations for placing storage in their units. I have used Attic Storage for over three years, renting four different units on different building locations, I have never seen a bug or vermin of any kind in any of my units. The units have always been spotlessly clean and the managers, Greg and Machille Schones have been extremely helpful to set up my payment plan and assist me in everyway. I will continue to use this facility for many years in the future as I have found that the facility is the cleanest I have ever used.

I paid for a climate-controlled small storage unit for 2 1/2 years. When I moved my personal items out on 11/11/16, there was visible black mold on three items. I talked to Michelle and she said they were not liable and advised me to call my insurance company. After researching, black mold does not appear unless there is extended exposure to wet/damp conditions. I feel that either the unit was never climate-controlled or there was a malfunction with their equipment. She insists that they are not liable. VERY DISSATISFIED!! I will not use this storage company again!!

Michelle the lady who works the front desk is a physco and needs to be fired. She has no people skills and calls cops if you look at her wrong or dont obey her every command. Treating people like they are garbage will destroy their business. She is a horrible person and needs to be admitted!
