Gavin is great!!! We originally reserved a unit at a different storage facility and when we arrived realized there was no way to drive a 26ft truck to the unit. Gavin took us to the unit at StorageMart and made sure we knew the easiest route to access the unit! He was extremely helpful with the last minute rental of a unit and was a lot of fun during this entire process! I would highly recommend StorageMart to anyone looking to store items. Make sure you ask for Gavin, hell take great care of you!!!

Allen is totally cool to work with. Got me in and out. I came back and even had to change units cause it was too small...wow...again easy process to switch out and didnt wait long either! Id go back to them again! Only thing is currently the down the hill gate is broken, so, I fear that anybody can go on in and start messing with peoples stuff. Id prefer they have something there...chained because at this time, all of our items arent secure.

I rented a storage unit there 9 days ago, got a voice mail from Sam this morning telling me there wasnt a lock on my storage unit so he said he would put one on there. First of all, I couldnt get an answer when I tried to call twice. I got there, no one was there. Went to my storage unit, there wasnt a lock on it. Opened up the storage unit and yes, there was something missing. Where is Alan?

Elizabeth was a big help. She was professional and courteous. I was frustrated when I came in because I had called and reserved the unit through the corporate office and they had messed up the reservation. Elizabeth was empathetic and kept a cool head and solved the problem. She was very respectful of my time and situation. Great employee. They are lucky to have her.

IVE HAD MY THINGS STORED HERE B 4 IT WAS STORAGE MART. THEY HAVE TAKEN MY COST FROM $108. A MONTH TO $113. A MONTH TO $127. A MONTH &&&!!! NOW THEY R CHARGING ME $149.96. ITS BULL!!! UR RENTS DUE THE FIRST OF THE MONTH. ON THE SECOND THEY CHARGE LATE FEES!!!!
