Awful - Choose literally any other U-Haul location. Had scheduled a hitch install a week ahead. Got there at exactly my scheduled time only to find out they wouldnt be able to start the install until 5 at the earliest. They didnt notify me ahead of time so i had already taken off early from work plus driven 20 minutes out of my way. I asked immediately to be refunded my money (I wasnt going to wait 3 hrs for a hitch install) and they proceeded to take another 30 mins to process that proving they were clearly unable to keep a time and unable to properly run their own system. To top it off, they didnt even apologize. I have scheduled another install at a different location. Nick Wilson was the cashier/service rep. Awful all around.

Ive used UHaul numerous times at different locations & have been very happy. This was not the case for their Grandview location. Our truck was grungy in the cab area & the ebrake alarm sounded nearly the entire trip. The mileage seemed wildly off for how much driving we did & their gas tanks obviously fill beyond full quite a bit. (I ended up spending $47 for 1/3 a tank before realizing it was already beyond full & showed no signs of stopping.) Overall, just a disappointing experience.

I rented a truck from this Uhaul yesterday. After 20 to 30 seconds of cranking the truck would finally start. At first I thought the gas gauge was reading improperly. When I went to fill up the tank I decided to calculate the mpg the truck got, 2.3 mpg. I called and was informed that Uhaul make no promises as to how well the trucks run or perform.

Easy to rent whatever you need. The people that are very friendly and will answer any questions. The only problem I had was the wait to return the truck. That part took way too long. Other than that Im very satisfied.
