TRUST THE REVIEWS--GO ELSEWHERE! The older lady with glasses that runs the place is extremely rude & disrespectful. They are never open when the posted hours says theyll be open. I used to buy all of my hair products here but I recently went in & the product I wanted to buy had a price sticker on it & when I went to pay, it rang up for $2 more...the old witch wouldnt sell it to me for what the price sticker said! Youre lucky to get the same hairdresser twice because the turnaround at this place is huge & I understand why...its the management. The franchise should be ashamed of this store.

I am the manager new manager at cost cutters as of December 2016. I also have all new staff who are very friendly and we strive to get everyone in we can. We are a walk-in salon but also take same day call aheads. We are now open 7 days a week as of February 1st but the hours do change from day to day until I can hire another stylist. I have been with this company for 4 years and plan on staying. Sorry about any past bad experiences. Our goal is to give you the best experience possible. Come see us! Fantastic, skilled stylists here. I recently had the absolute worst haircut and "highlights" experience, ever, (and I mean ever) from a high priced salon in Bozeman. Walked into this salon two days later, figuring nearly anybody should be able improve upon the ragged, bleached out disaster the first "hairdresser" had made of me. No problem here. Just an outstanding hair makeover, with the bonus of a much better price, too. Why go anywhere else? Look great and save money. Tip well, they deserve it at Cost Cutters!

I asked for a blunt cut at the shoulders for my daughter. When a large chunk of hair hit the floor I asked the stylist how short she was going. She responded that she was giving my toddler an a-line. Too short is recoverable but uneven in the front and hacked in the back is not. I am heart broken. There is not enough hair left to even it out. The stylist was nice and the salon tidy but there is a complete lack of listening and skill.

I went to get my haircut a few months ago and they told me nobody would be back for an hour. Today (Monday) I went back and they were closed. One sign on the door said they were open M-Sat 9-6 and another said they were closed on Mondays. I tried to call and they dont have an answering machine to tell me the hours. I went to Great Clips in Bozeman and will not be going to Cost Cutters in Belgrade ever again!

Went to get my kids a haircut and even though the place was empty the lady told me sorry we have appointments coming in soon and we just cant take you, i asked if walk ins are allowed as the door says they are and she well yes but not right now there will be people coming in soon. Not super trilled with being turned away while there is no one getting a hair cut at all

Ive been Going here for quite a while. However the last time I went in the doors were unlocked and people were getting their haircut. However I was told they arent open yet come back at eleven. Um what? You have posted hours, but apparently they dont go by them, the worst part is she didnt even apologize or anything! Sorry cost cutters, but you just lost a customer.

I had to try three times to get an appointment even though they say "Walk-ins Welcome." When I showed up for my appointment, I watched one of the ladies take a break 10 minutes after my appointment was supposed to start with me still waiting. The employees here are always nice but it isnt the best service.

I actually got my hair cut the way I explained I wanted it. Im a guy with short hair and not too picky but somehow the stylist always seems to butcher my hair. Not Jen though. She actually listened. Ill be going back to this place.

Worst experience went on July 3rd at 3:00pm for a haircut for my husband web page states open to 6:00 pm big sign on door sorry we are closed it is a corporate opened store rules are to be followed ,very angry husband Robert Olsen.
