TERRIBLE! JUST TERRIBLE! So I sat down and I asked to get a 3 all around and she started saying other stuff about what I should do, well I said again I just want a 3 all around and she said ok... But no, I didnt get a 3 all around... I got hair all over my neck still, their were hairlines on the side of my head going to the top, in the front she shaved up maybe a couple centimeters and made a straight line... It wasnt even straight, very crooked and just looked bad... She also never made the back of my head curved like I requested, also the front, didnt bother to do my sideburns, and left two rectangles on my sideburns... And the thing that bothered me the most, was that she was on her first day and only cut hair for 10 minutes in her lifetime! LIKE WTH!!?! She also zapped me a couple of times and was pulling out my hair! She never put water in my hair to get my hair stuff out, and was just combing it out... She also never trimmed the hair behind my ear! She also never asked me how I liked it, or if she should change anything like all the other people that have done my hair do... She then told me to come and sit down by the hair washer, and I said Id rather not, but she told me to, and I said no again and she ignored me and started the washer... She pulled my hair got lots of water and soap in my ears, lots in my eyes, and got my shirt all wet... One of her co-workers was laughing at how bad it was... And after I was done with my haircut, my dad said, that we will have to fix it... I then started to get very sad to think of what my friends would say, so my dad took me to the Great Clips on Combs Road, and they fixed everything I wanted! Their so much nicer and do a lot better than this one... I honestly wish I couldve gotten a refund for the crappy job that this lady did... I am definitely never going to be going to this location ever again, and will be sticking with the one that actually has professional hair cutters!

I frequent this location and the one on Gantzel/Combs for the past 2 years. I get a haircut once every 2 weeks. I like the fact that this is a no frill kind of business where someone can come in and get a haircut without being hassled to buy hair products. However, that all ends today. I just came back from this location and its either Im expecting too much or the people who work here dont know how to handle parents who obviously dont give a rats ass about their childrens behavior in public. There is a single mother of 3 or maybe 4. 2 of the kids are playing ball right there in the lobby. The ball is bouncing off of the chairs, glass window, and other customers. I kept thinking to myself as if this is normal or shouldnt the people who work here say something to her? Finally the ball hits me and the mom just sits there saying nothing. I got up and walk out. Then I walk back in and ask that they come and get me outside in my car since I do not want to wait inside cause its like a playground. The girl tells me "Oh we dont go outside and call people"?? But you let kids play ball inside the waiting area??? W T F????? Its either this mother is a friend or related to an employee of this store or the employees at this store just dont give a damn.

My family and I have gone to Great Clips in Queen Creek, AZ for quite some time but and while Erin did do a good job cutting our hair to our specifications it has recently come to our attention that Erin did more than cut our hair. She participated in very inappropriate behavior with my sisters husband. While my family and I understand that it takes two people to commit an affair, Erin also enlisted her fellow co-workers to keep "tabs" on my sister and her family and to "inform her" or "everything that they see". This behavior is highly inappropriate and gives Great Clips a very bad image, this salon has lost 8 loyal customers.

No one here knows how to layer at all. I was met with a lady snapping her gum, saying "phone number" demandingly. When given, I requested someone with a bit more background with shorter (mens) hairstyles, and recieved a "were all experienced, sit down". I had been here before and knew that was a blatant lie, but complied to avoid a confrontation. Everyone was tense and the lady cutting my hair did a half-assed trim on the top and shaved the rest, NOT what I asked for. I was required to pay and left with a terrible haircut. They are all very rude.

Great Clips is great ! My family and I have been going to this salon for a few months now, and the service is second to none ! From the amazing receptionist all the way to the managment, we are always happy:) Lately weve been requesting Jesslyn, although she only works one day a week now, if we are lucky enough to catch her we NEVER leave dissapointed. She is the friendliest person and is always in a jolly mood ! The salon is always spotless and we have never waited more than 10 minutes. If you get a chance pop in and you wont regret it !

I received coupons in the mail on card stock for $7.99, no where on coupons does it say no copying. My son goes this evening w a copy of coupon and Sherry will not let him use it because its policy per manager. Wth, you cant do that crap. So he paid full price and tipped her. I had just used a copy of the coupon 2wks ago. So I called them, hes going back with card stock to get his money. Its just frustrating to have it used one day and not again.

Erin was absolutely amazing! My husband has been getting his hair cut by her for years now. I normally dont ever get my hair cut at great clips but I had her cut my hair because my husband says she does a great job. Im telling you go see Erin, she seriously does such a good job! Not only does she cut hair really good but she is so nice and has such a good heart. I highly recommend erin, you wont regret it.

I went in today around 10:30 a.m.. I wasnt exactly sure how i wanted the top of my hair--clippers or scissors. Erin, who i didnt know was the manager suggested scissors. I havent had this nice of a haircut for years. Why someone would go to a different salon would boggle my mind. Did I mention she also shaped up my eyebrows. I will definitely come back. Thanks again for the GREAT haircut.

I had both of my daughters hair cut last week and Nikki butchered my daughters waist length hair. I asked for a trim and she cut off about 5-7 inches and then chipped off another level which Im assuming was supposed to be layers but instead makes the long layers lookl thin and wispy instead of healthy! Dont ruin your hair by going here
