Sat in the shop for over an hour before I was helped. They told me it would be a 20-25 minute wait, so I ran an errand and was gone for 15 min. They gave me a call, which I missed, and so they passed me on the list. I was okay with that, I just figured I would be the next person up. Nope I sat there for an additional 45 minutes as they excepted more walkins that came in AFTER me. Three men that came in after me were in and out and on with their lives before they even looked at me. I think the only reason they did notice me is because I asked how much longer it would be. The lady that cut my hair was nice, but it really isnt good when they 1) ignore you and 2) pass you up for "regulars" and make you wait an extra hour. Wont be going back. Time is money and Id much rather spend an extra $10 and be taken care of at a Salon.

Its our go to places for a haircut. I like they keep a log of your past haircuts. So the stylist knows what needs to be done when you go in. But theyve recently had issues with their online check-in app. So when you make a reservation its not necessarily there when you show up. This is an especially busy Great Clips so that can be a big deal if you arrived at the wrong time. Wait time can be up to an hour at this location. Reason for the three stars.

Good price and good service. Location can be busy at times so get the check in application for your smartphone, I find it works well and greatly reduces the wait time. They will cut your hair pretty much anyway you want it, only drawback is you will get a different person every time you go.

You know the stylists are a little misinformed when one of them says, "cutting your hair makes it grow faster..." um, no... hair growth is solely based on the scalp. Trims just allow the hair to not split up the shaft- not grow faster. Stick with a well informed professional.

This is the most disorganized business I have ever seen. The cutters are clueless. Forget about the on line check in. Want to wait for ever and watch a comedy, come here. I will never be coming back that is for sure. Just honest assesment.

Inexpensive but with good results. I got a shoulder length mop turned into a crew cut with wash for $13. The girl was quick, friendly, and the wash wasnt half-assed like so many places.
