This was the best experience for having two two-year olds in tow. My daughter is two and had hair down to the small of her back. I was nervous about doing a bob on her because it would be so drastic. I was able to call this location when I was off work and schedule my daughters appointment for 45 minutes out. On the phone they were happy to make the appointment and loved the idea of going so short on my daughter. I was on carpool duty and picked my daughter and her best friend up. When we arrived at Cookie Cutters both stylists were warm and welcoming to all three of us. They let my daughter sit wherever she wanted and turned on Sprout. They also let me daughters friend sit in the elephant seat next to her. Stephanie was amazing. She was able to cut off a ponytail long enough to donate to Pantene, gave my daughter a great cut, showed me an awesome quick style for dance, and gave my daughter glitter spray in her hair. It is so cute that the experience ends with a candy and a balloon, again they were happy to give my daughters friend goodies as well. We actually had a nice evening of this haircut.

The idea is amazing, cars and planes for the kids to sit in while they get a hair cut and a little slide play area while you wait, little tv to get there attention while getting a hair cut. Bad part: kid prefers to play with plane then getting a hair cut, kid get irrational because he wants to play and he cant, force is used on kid to get a hair cut while having him pinned Personally I went because I thought it would be wonderful because my son loves cars, after seeing the two first ahead of me getting pinned to get hair cuts and ended up with in even hair cuts I stupidly thought mine would end better My son always always lets some one give him a hair cut but all the toys were more interesting then a hair cut and just wanted to play, I give her props for trying but the end result was unsuccessful, very uneven and horriblely lined in the back I shouldnt have to go home shower him and notice how she missed spots to aline and have to do them my self especially how expensive it was. Will I be going back? Most likely not, I think the idea is awesome but. Nope

I cannot say enough good things about this place. The environment is awesome, and it makes haircuts enjoyable for kids. I mean what kid does not enjoy playing video games or watching netflix during a haircut. Last time we were getting our sons haircut we had to wait 20 minutes for a appointment. This was not a huge deal and we completely understood they were busy and could not help it. The manager Sienna did an awesome job on our sons hair and afterwards told us the haircut was on her because of the wait. Amazing customer service, and an amazing environment. Take your kids here and you will not regret it.

They always say they are booked or busy when there is no one even in the shop. So it becomes a hassle to get in a chair. Then we honestly had a girl say oh do you want a four on the side when it is obviously already shorter than a four. In the end most of the time I get good cuts for the boys but it is so not worth the hassle and upset every time. Not to mention this time my sons head was cut when I pointed it out she stated that it was already there. Wish I knew how to post the fresh cut and blood that was NOT already there.

It was a 30 min drive from ogden just for my babys first hair cut but It was so worth it. The girl we got was so good with him and she was so quick . and she really made sure I was okay with the length as she went. Amazing. Love this place, will keep going every time my son needs a hair cut ☺

I walked in. On the door and on the website it tells you walkins welcome. Well today walkins are not welcome. They have an opening at 4. 2 hours from now. The crazy part is not a person was waiting and they had two stylists open......

We really like this place, they take their time to make sure my son is distracted so he can get a nice cut. The down side is they are very expensive. Also dont bother with the daddy haircut, theyre good with kids but not dad hair. :-)

I take my autistic daughter here because its always a great experience. She doesnt like her hair touched, but they keep her distracted and move fast. Always a beautiful haircut... high quality. Thanks for all you do.

We Love this place. Great atmosphere for kids. Lauren did a great job today with my sons haircut, shes very friendly. Wish they would open a location further north Its a long drive from Roy, but well worth it. .

Rachel at the Bountiful location was so freakin amazing!!! My daughter is terrified of people and she just made my daughter comfortable. She made our first haircut experience just wonderful!
