Ugh, such a nightmare dealing with these people. Be forewarned: STAY FAR AWAY! When we first hired them, we saw good reviews and jumped in without reservation. It took way longer than initially estimated to complete our job, but we held faith that it would work out, ignoring that they peed off of the roof into our garden while they were here and sung loudly while they were working - just chalking it up to enthusiasm. However, after they had "completed" the job we started to discover how poor the work was. For example, the roofs of both of our buildings still leak (which was the reason we had called them to replace it in the first place), plus they sent long nails through our porches and eaves and left them hanging there, the gutters and drains were attached wrong and have fallen off, others were routed wrong and flooded parts of our yard, and to add insult to shoddy workmanship we absolutely cant get hold of them to fix it. Their "customer service" is a joke, weve literally been trying to get them out here since last fall. They give all kinds of promises then never follow through - the past two weeks alone theyve promised to come out three different times to repair it only to leave us hanging. They dont show up, give no call and offer no apology. We run a business ourselves and cant fathom how they can do this to people. Weve officially given up on them fixing their poor work and at this point weve given up on them even talking to us about it.
