Called for roof replacement estimate. Was promptly called back and advised that someone would come by the following day with a estimate between 11am - 1pm. At 2pm called company to advise that nobody had arrived as of yet. Was told he was on the way to be there shortly. When nobody arrived after 4pm I called once again. At that time I was told that estimator had went home for the day and would be here tomorrow. I then advised to cancel estimate if this is any indication of how they do business. All they did was waste my day waiting for someone who never showed. I would have accepted a courtesy call to advise that would not be able to make. Instead, I got no call nor show. Unacceptable for any business to treat new potential customers in that manner.

Great experience with HR Roofing. Very friendly and profesional. From the 1st appointment they came out the Estimator was very friendly and was able to explain my options. Got my quote fast and when I was scheduled for my roof it was done in the time frame given. My property was left very clean and I recommend them to anyone looking for a new or a replacement roof.
