We recently had Integrity come and do an estimate for a small roof repair. We had had a leak during a rainstorm, and so they replaced metal collars and shingles around some vents (the furnace exhaust and another). They came and did an estimate. Danny was polite and friendly. Unfortunately, the day they said they would come, it rained, so they left a voicemail that they would return the next day if it was sunny. Well, it was hot and sunny the next day, but no Integrity. I called after work and left a message with my number and my wifes. They called her back, apologizing that no one had contacted us, and assured us theyd be there the next day. The next day, Integrity hadnt shown up by the time I left work; turns out, they just went that day to buy the shingles, only to find the color was discontinued and slightly different, so they were waiting for us to approve a different color. We said OK, but that workday was over. The next day, they called to say the metal collars were out of stock (remember, they knew they would need these ever since I approved the job after the estimate). Finally they found some, and showed up for work that afternoon. The next day, they finished, I paid the bill, and I hoped it was was all over. It was not to be. The next week, when we were having our AC serviced, the serviceman noticed our furnace exhaust was disconnected in our attic, so he reconnected it. During the roof repairs, it had been disconnected (whether to do the repair or just from the wiggling, not sure). That could have been a FATAL carbon monoxide exposure had it happened in the winter. Thanks be to God, it was in the summer. We notified Integrity (sent them a camera phone picture), they came out and looked at it, apologized, wanted to make up for it, etc. They assured us they would pay for our HVAC repairman visit, or half of it, but we havent heard anything more about that. They did send some cookies over. I must say we were pretty disappointed with Integrity. Carelessness of this sort can be hurt a customer or a business.

I had an excellent experience with Integrity Roofing. I had them give me a free estimate on replacing my existing roof. The estimate was 100% accurate (they charged me exactly the amount estimated). All of their employees were polite and pleasant. They told me that I had hail damage and agreed to come back to my house when the insurance adjuster was there. State Farm agreed to the price they estimated and covered the full amount minus the deductible and ridge vents. Integrity roofing is GAF certified and that makes a big difference. I received a large packet of information and a DVD. All of the materials they use are of the highest quality and their warranty is the best Ive found (20 years on all components and labor and not pro-rated). Twenty-five year pro-rated warranty is standard as well (up to 20 years full replacement - if required at no charge to the customer, over 20 years to 25 years is pro-rated). This roofer did an excellent job installing the new roof and cleaned up after. I inspected the roof and the yard around the house and give them a 10 out of 10 rating. No trash was left at all! They came back and inspected the job a few days after it was completed. I am extremely satisfied with the job they performed and I believe they provide a superior job, with a superior product at the same cost as other roofers. Choosing them was an easy decision. Please consider Integrity Roofing if you need to replace your roof as they provide an excellent product installed professionally with the best warranty in the business. Had my roof replaced after last years hail storm. I chose integrity because they had done the roof to an addition on my home and it looked like it was done well. It took them about 6 months before they could actually replace the roof. This wasnt a problem because by old one was still holding up. The staff have been polite and professional however, very difficult to get a hold of. Now my issue. First storm of the year, my roof leaks. I had wet drywall and parts of my ceiling falling apart. I had to leave messages and call over and over for most of the day before anyone answered at the office. A tech came out the next day,put some caulking around the skylight that was leaking ( something that they forgot to do when they put the new roof on) gave me his number in case it leaks again and said that they would recheck it in a year. No offer to fix the damage caused by their negligence. A few weeks later, my roof is leaking again. Same spot as last time, with even more damage. Ive now called the tech and office, left a message but its a weekend. I have no ladder to get on my roof and cover the leak and theres more rain on the way. Thank you integrity roofing. My children and I are now just preying that the roof will hold through these storms.

My wife and I had 4 homes (residence & rental) re-roofed by Integrity Roofing after a 2015 hail storm. Integrity did a great job on the first two homes so we chose them for the last two. We’ve been very pleased with the outstanding job they did on each home. After Integrity and USAA roof inspections, Ronnie Suarez met with us, gave us pamphlets about roof shingles and the company, and answered all our questions. He helped us decide on shingles, placement of ridge vents, and the schedule, and drew up a contract. The Integrity roofing crews always did a first class job at a fair price. We’ve never had any leaks from the 4 roofs they installed, and they look great. Three of the homes also needed repairs of siding, trim, window screens, or gutters. The Integrity crews for each area also did first class work and were always on time. My wife and I are glad to give Integrity the best rating possible and well choose them in a heartbeat if we have hail damage again.

I could go on and on and on about how wonderful Integrity Roofing & Siding is, but....if you need a new roof, look no further!! They are the best!! Their customer service and follow-up is top notch!! Abel is fantastic!! He will take his time in explaining the product to ensure that you get the perfect roof! We upgraded our shingles and added additional vents. Michelle and Aaron in the billing department are amazing. They worked with our insurance company and invoiced them for the final payment, leaving us out of it completely. Finally, the crew!!! From start to finish, they were efficient and did an AMAZING job on our roof. Additionally, they were meticulous about ensuring our front and back yard were SPOTLESS!! We might not have the nicest house in our neighborhood, but we DEFINITELY have the nicest roof!! Thank you Integrity Roofing & Siding!!

We recently replaced our roof, which was damaged in the hail storms, through Integrity Roofing. We worked with estimator Abel Perez who was very knowledgeable about the products used and explained the various options and associated costs. Due to the storm, there was obviously a backlog of projects, but Abel reviewed the damage and advised us on the best plan of action. Since our roof was still functional, we preferred wait as we didnt want the job rushed. The crew performing the work was great, and advised us of other non-roof related items they saw. Also, if there was anything we had concerns with, the company addressed those issues right away. I would definitely work with them again if I had any future roofing needs.
