I spoke with a dozen companies to get quotes and only half ended up giving quotes. Premier came out on top. Important factors for me were: 20+ years in business, number of reviews, quality of reviews, quality of work, and price. Premier is one of the few I spoke to who paints the vents and pipes to match the shingles. It ended up taking up a little more than one day due to a shortage in the estimate. He honored his original quote which is quite telling. On the day they were scheduled to start, they arrived WITH the materials so it wasnt delivered beforehand sitting around. The day after it was completed, Thaddaeus came by for the final walkthrough and payment. He used a drone to take the attached pictures. They caulked the exposed nail heads on the ridge shingles to prevent rust. We have yet to find nails on the ground, but there were 2 on the roof. No excess debris or waste has been found. Thaddaeus was more prompt than other roofers with texts and emails. Other roofers would either never call you back or never answer the phone. I would absolutely use Premier again and have already recommended them to others. This is the quality company, not the cheap company. They promised and delivered on all the little things that matter to an annoying customer like me.

I had a wonderful experience lately. After checking out my roof, I felt that I needed to get expert opinion about the condition of my roofs after 23 years of use. After several calls to various dealers, I contacted Premier Roofing and Contracting and was pleased to learn that all dealers were not the same. I found the best . I had five roofs that turned out to be needing their expert services, and Premier Roofing finished the job in record time. All roofs were done expertly. The work ended with all phases of the roofs finished, and the yard cleanup was accomplished with a great attention to detail. I had a wonderful experience dealing with Premier Roofing, the staff is very professional. They responded to my questions very quickly. The work was done in 1 day while I was at work. When I got home you could not even tell that they had been there , except the roof was new. Everything was left very clean. I will recomend Premier roofing to everyone I know if they need a new roof. The new roof looks great and Thaddaeus made it a great experience. He dealt with the insurance company for us since we had not been successful and got the hail damage on our roof covered. We are very happy with the work they did for us.

Today we were scheduled for an Inspection and Evaluation, however no one ever showed, nor did anyone contact me. Someone was supposed to be at my home at 3:15 pm, I emailed Thaddeus the Owner/President at 3:28 pm inquiring if they would still be coming, no response, at 4;13 pm it was apparent no one would be showing, I emailed Thaddeus again "We will be going with another company I am disappointed in the lack of service and communication I have received.", still no response, it is not 7:24 pm, I havent received a response via email, call, or even text. This is a horrible first impression.

Their site says they give free estimates. I called and asked for an independent estimate (meaning not just going off what insurance states) and the representative said, (and I quote) "We dont have time to run around and do estimates like that." My vote is 0 b/c what that tells me is they can do the roof for cheaper than insurance quote, but they wont do that b/c they want to get as much as they can. I can understand that, but if you arent will to say "hey, heres my price for my services" and play the insurance quote game then I know youre not being fully honest with me.

Premier roofing did a very excellent and professional job replacing my roof. Every step in the process was explained and the timing for each was accomplished as stated. The project supervisor David Smith did an outstanding job in coordinating my roof replacement. I would recommend Premier Roofing to anyone needing a new roof or repairs.
