Policy is ridiculous, you pay for classes monthly, they close when they want to. Spring break, halloween, other holidays that your scheduled class falls on and they offer no credit, only open workout days. My daughter has missed 5 thursday classes because they closed, and wont credit account will only give make up classes that are open gym workouts.....THATS NOT WHAT IM PAYING FOR! Owner basically said Im beat, thats our policy. Change your payment policy. And to boot you have to pay a full month in advance for classes you may not even get!
