I joined Planet Fitness in early September planning to use it on weekends and throughout the year on vacations. When Sandy hit, I asked to cancel my membership since I could not access my house and wouldnt be able to live at my house all winter. They charged me a fee and were so rude and inconsiderate. I was very disappointed that they took advantage of me and others at this time.

Would not take cash charged $10.00 late fee because gift card would not go thru second month had enough to cover then when I went to cancel said could not until balance was paid I said Im canceling today Oct 30 2015 send me a bill girl who took care of me thought she was Miss Planet Fitness bad experience from the beginning

This is a good location! There are plenty of cardio machines & a good selection of free weights and universal machines. The square footage for this location is also huge in comparison to other higher costing popular gyms (ex Retro). The gym is always clean and typically no wait to get on your machine of choice.

This gym is a joke. They dont even have a scale. When I went to the front desk, they said the gym is a "judgement free zone" and that it doesnt matter what you weigh. This place is more of a place to hang out rather than work out. Make sure you dont make the lunk alarm go off!

This is a gym just to go and do things at your own pace. This gym is for mike the sanitation not mike the situation. Dont go thinking it is a full service gym. They give you the means and that is it. Plus with the $20/mo plan you can go to any location nationwide.

I love this place! For the price you cant beat it! the people who go are great and the staff is friendly and helpful. I have been to the full service gyms and YES they are worlds better but you get what you pay for and I have no complaints :)

I think its awesome for the price. Its got everything you need to get a nice workout and people are very friendly. Would recommend to anyone.

My advice stick with 10 dollar membership if you can, the black card or contract memberships are bs along with the corporate yearly fee

So spotless it makes me want to go home and re-clean my house. Friendly staff. Never over crowded. Equipment is new and up to date.

Great atmosphere....I usually go at night after dinner,,always able to get on machines..Cardio and weight machines.
