Best gym ever!! Pool sauna jacuzzi yoga ...Spin classes boxing and an area for really heavy lifting day care that you can watch from the treadmills and such. Fun training groups and much much more. Worth every penny!!

There is a pool and hot tub. Also a lot of equipment and sizable workout areas. One of the biggest reasons to come here would likely be for the large variety of group exercise classes.

Very clean and friendly gym its mixed and you dont feel awkward exercising and the aqua classes I enjoy them and my daughter loves all her variety of classes she takes.

Between the exciting classes and broad range of friendly staff and members, we cant imagine another health club to go to in Toms River - or New Jersey. We love it.
