Trying to trace a lost/damaged package shipped by PRIORITY MAIL. Sent on 5/5/17, tracking stopped after 5/9/17 and is still in transit to destination of DAYTON, NJ. Called DAYTON Post Office 9 times only to get hung up on 4 times, got through 2 times to get a computer answering then it hung up, FINALLY I got to talk to a person that asked me to call back because she was not by the window. I called back another 3 times to get another answer from the same person. When I informed her that I was trying to track down a lost/damaged package, the phone went dead again. I find these conditions to be ridiculous for a Post Office to call service of any kind. The person running the window was not helpful at all.

Shipped a $150 product returning it to a warehouse seller, tracking confirmed it arrived on the 17th and was sent out, yet it has been four days and no one has been available to help me. The seller claims they never received it and can not process my refund until they do. No one there has been available to assist me whenever I call. How can a federally run office be this incompetent?! It should be shut down!

Very bad service --not once but twice this post office delivered mail even though I had filled out form to hold mail. Then I went to pick up mail this week when we returned from vacation and they asked if normal service was to resume. I told them yes but they didnt resume service and I had to go pick up my mail. Lets see what happens tomorrow --will mail be delivered or will I have to go pick it up again??

Worst place and people. They gave me my mailbox keys but didnt tell the locker number said talk to your society leasing office and leasing office is saying vice-versa. How can they give key without knowing the locker number? Also I has to wait for 1 hour to get the keys as their Internet wasnt working.

The post office staff, except the Indian gentleman Mr Gandhi, are rude, sloppy and they have no respect for peoples time. They need more folks like Mr Gandhi. One is way better off in Monmouth Junction post office. The postmaster who is a lady, is terribly rude and looks like she is super angry.

Very poor service. There is a woman of Indian decent working in the front that was extremely rude to both me and my wife on separate occasions. If you live between two postal locations I would strongly suggest not coming to the Dayton post office.

They have lost my package which was worth over 80$. They did not try to even help figure out what happened to it. I sort of liked this place before this situation.
