If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered an item on a Monday from a shop and the owner took the time to mail the item on that very day with a tracking number and send me tracking info. Item was sent priority mail stating 2 days expected delivery time. The item tracking hasnt changed since Monday the order was placed and it has been past 5 days. I then called the post office at 3:30pm to ask about my concerns. The lady told me to call back at 4pm to speak to the supervisor. I researched usps store hours for that location online and it stated they closed at 4pm. So I drove over to the USPS and walked in the door at 3:55 only to notice that they had a sign saying open till 5pm. Waited in line to speak to supervisor. I walked up to him with tracking information up on phone through there website and expressed my concerns of maybe its lost. He told me that it is weird for the tracking to not have changed since Monday and there is nothing more he would do for me since its not priority express which is guaranteed. So I say thank you and walk out. Then I remembered about store hours being wrong online and thought it would be good to inform him. I walked back in waited in line again. this time he nods on the customer behind me when i was next. So i stepped forward to catch his attention that i was next. Then I mention to him kindly about the store hours. He responds by turning to another employee on other side of room and calls out loud "Hey we need to lock up the doors its time to go home" in a mocking manner, in front of all the customers in lobby. I replied by saying I was just trying to help your store out and start walking away after he replied its been like that since day one. I use number on website after getting home and searching for it to try and reach customer service; only to find out that there is no way to talk to customer service since everything is automated. I would have thought service would be better anywhere with USPS. A way to address a red flag with tracking not changing. or way for them to notify if delay in mail system. Calling to ask for help from local post office only to be told to call after store hours. Store hours being correct online. and a supervisor who could have at least tell me a number to call for missing package concerns. And a supervisor who would not humiliate a customer in the store out loud, when they were trying to help them out. I will be avoiding USPS for now on when I have the opportunity to make that choice. I switched all bills to paperless after this. and now go through other businesses for shipping needs.

The people that work at this post office have below average intelligence and even lower customer service skills. Our mailman routinely decides to not drop off mail (sometimes for days at a time) during the winter season, even when we clear snow from around our mailbox. When you call to ask where your mail is, they explain that your mailbox is "obstructed," which would be great if they just left a note (so I can remedy the problem) instead of not delivering the mail at all. I then have to waste about 30 minutes of my time at work to call them and get a clear answer, that is if you can reach them before they are conveniently out of the building for "meetings." And the United States Postal Service wonders why they have had major cutbacks.

Very, very, slow and unfriendly staff. Will definitely just go to the mount tabor one considering its equal distance from my house and they do not see there customers as a burden. Felt disrespected the whole time I was inside. One older lady was the rudest, but the younger lady with glasses was no better. Definitely recommend going somewhere else!

This post office sucks...I went in there with a package that needed to be shipped... I asked for some tape and they told me that they could not give me tape to tape up my package, I would have to buy a whole roll for like $3...I walked out and never returned.
