In the past two weeks, I have had several packages show up on tracking information as having been delivered by the Hightstown, NJ USPS, yet they were never delivered. I work at home, so I know they were not delivered. One of the packages was irreplaceable. I spoke with someone at this USPS branch who, with a decidedly haughty attitude, promised me an investigation and quick call back. After a week, I have still heard nothing from this jerk. And today, once again, a package shows on tracking information as having been delivered, and yet I have not received it. Who are these people? Liars, incompetents, and thieves. I have one mail carrier whom I know to be honest and reliable. Everyone else Ive had contact with at the Hightstown Office is rude, lazy, indifferent and - I am beginning to suspect - dishonest. They have Federal jobs, so why should they care? Ive decided Im going to start making a lot of noise. I am going to write letters to people in positions of authority, and send them Federal Express, so that I KNOW theyll be received. What a carload of clowns!

I concur with Mr. Brad. The postal workers are just not reliable and lazy. There are three Twin Rivers addresses in Twin Rivers: Twin Rivers Drive; Twin Rivers Drive North; and Twin Rivers Apartment, Apartment "N". It doesnt matter how I write my address whether I put NORTH in all caps, or North or No. They inevitably deliver my packages to a man on the other side of 33 which is Twin Rivers Drive not North or no apartment. But they are too lazy to read the address written correctly and unfortunately the person who lives at "Twin Rivers Drive" does not care enough to deliver my packages, even though I have delivered many to him. I have missed some very valuable and irreplaceable packages and Im not even sure all of them were mis-delivered. Ive even spoken to carriers and they dont seem to care. I think they should be more diligent or just stop working all together. ITs a shame we cant rely on people to do their jobs, nothing extra, just their jobs.

The office staff and carriers at Hightstown 08520 offer efficient and reliable service. The frontline clerks know their jobs well and offer service with a smile. Our prior mail carrier Dave was an early bird and always delivered by noon, but this past years carrier consistently delivers between 4 PM and 6 PM and seems to be in no particular rush.

We live in a neighborhood that this post office delivers to, and yes, our parking situation is awful...but thats NOT OUR FAULT! The postman has literally YELLED at us for parking our car out front, but if we dont park there, guess what bud, SOMEONE ELSE WILL, what are you going to do, yell at the whole neighborhood? Insane and unprofessional.

Unreliable service. We often do not receive weekly circulars and town wide mailings the same day as people only a block away. Sometimes that mail will come a day or two later but sometimes we are just skipped that week for unknown reasons. We have called repeatedly about this issue but it continues to happen on a regular basis. Disappointing.

If I had -10 starts to give them I would. They should shut down and let carrier pigeons take over. I will guarantee you items will be delivered and not just updated on a website as delivered. Lack of accountability. Use UPS/DHL/FedEx/Carrier Pigeons/Dogs/Horses. Use this branch as a last case scenario for shelter. Thanks, -Cesar

I keep getting a postcard stating they missed me and I had to come to the post office to pick up a certified letter. What a joke! Im home all the time.The waste of life is too lazy to get out of his truck. I have also had packages delivered to the wrong address. They really need to disband the USPS. Horrible experience . Asked for a small piece of tape to secure a small 9x5 box that was sold and weight by the post office . I was told I had to buy the tape. Will never come back here again . Or this employee needs more training or shouldn’t be there . I feel ashamed s I’m paying for a service.

Do agree that based on who you get at post office, you can be treated very differently. However, would give my actual mail deliverer 5 stars for his friendliness and thoughtfulness (trying to ensure we are aware when larger packages arrive, trying to keep packages dry, etc.)

I have to admit people who working there look like they aré lazy and cant even put a smile on. But besides in getting my mail I never really had a problem and I live in twin rivers as well but I always get my packages and on time. Cant complain to much about it.

The guy behind the counter was questioning me and was being rude saying " Why are u here ten minutes before 7:00! Dont you think I wanna eat dinner with my family?" This was when I was rushing from work very tired. The guy there had a nasty attitude.
